On the above date and time I, Pfc Woods was dispatched and responded to 718 Glynn Isles; Buffalo Wild Wings in reference to a Assault. Upon arrival, I made contact with a female later identified as [VICTIM #1].

Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated she was assaulted by a coworker later identified as Alexia Jimerson. While talking to Ms. [VICTIM #1] I observed her face red in color along the left side of her face. I also observed and noticed in the area of the bridge of her nose beginning to swell giving off a purple color. I asked Ms. [VICTIM #1] to explain what caused this incident to happen.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised Ms. Jimerson is a server at Buffalo Wild Wings, and one of her customers was looking for their cell phone. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated she advised Ms. Jimerson, who she suspected to have a attitude. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated after a few minutes passed, and Ms. Jimerson assumed Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated she was “worthless”. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated she went into the kitchen to advise her manager, [WITNESS #1] she was ready to go home due to her wanting to avoid any conflict with Ms. Jimerson. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated Ms. Jimerson came inside of the kitchen a few seconds later, and begin to hit her with a close fist. Mr. [WITNESS #1] quickly ran over to break the fight up.

I made contact with Mr. [WITNESS #1] and asked what did he witness. Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated he did not witness the beginning of the incident, but did witness the physical altercation. Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated he observed Ms. Jimerson walk into the kitchen, approached Ms. [VICTIM #1], and begin physically assaulting her. Mr. [WITNESS #1] advised he separated both parties and advised Ms. Jimerson to go inside of his office.

I made contact with Ms. Jimerson and asked her what happened. Ms. Jimerson advised nothing. I asked Ms. Jimerson what happened to Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s nose, which she then advised she hit her. Ms. Jimerson stated she was not going to lie to Law Enforcement and in fact assaulted Ms. [VICTIM #1] due to her “talking sh*t.” I asked Mr. [WITNESS #1] could I review video footage which he agreed to. While watching video footage, I observed Ms. Jimerson walk inside of the kitchen while Ms. [VICTIM #1] was talking to Mr. [WITNESS #1]. Ms. Jimerson then approached Ms. [VICTIM #1] which she then begin to physically assault her until the altercation was broken up by Mr. [WITNESS #1].

Ms. Jimerson was placed in handcuffs, which were double locked and checked for tightness. Before being placed in my marked patrol vehicle, Ms. Jimerson was lawfully search. Ms. Jimerson was transported to Glynn County Detention Center where I completed ABIS/SOVI forms. Ms. Jimerson was then released to jail staff for further booking. Nothing further.
