On June 23, 2022 at 2311 hours, I was dispatched and responded to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to Trespassing. Upon my arrival, I made contact with Mr. [VICTIM #1]. Mr. [VICTIM #1] began walking towards the trailer next door, so I followed behind him. Mr. [VICTIM #1] tapped on the side trailer and said “[WITNESS #1]!”. Mr. [VICTIM #1] then tapped on the back door and called “[WITNESS #1]” again. The back door opened and Mr. [VICTIM #1] asked “[WITNESS #1]”, “Where’s Blayden?”. “[WITNESS #1]” stated “Right here.”, and then motioned towards the next room. I asked Mr. [VICTIM #1] if he had any pictures or video of Blayden on his property.
Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated Blayden, identified as Mr. Blayden Skyler Tyson, was trespassed from that address also. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated his mother owned all the property. I called to Mr. Tyson and had him sit on the steps. I ran a check through the Service dispather, to ensure Mr. Tyson was in fact Criminally Trespassed from all the ajoining properties. Service pulled up the list of places Mr. Tyson was Criminally Trespassed from. I asked Service if [100 BLOCK] Jessica Lane was one of those places, and she stated yes. Service advised Mr. Tyson had been Criminally Trespassed since September 01, 2021.
I told Mr. Tyson to stand up and place his hands behind his back. I handcuffed Mr. Tyson, checking for tightness and double locking them. I escorted Mr. Tyson to the back of my patrol vehicle where I searched him for drugs, weapons and other contraband. Mr. Tyson was placed in the rear of my patrol vehicle, which is checked for contraband before and after each shift and each transport. I transported Mr. Tyson to the Glynn County Detention Center where I booked him for Criminal Trespass. Mr. Tyson was released into the custody of the CDC staff.
