On June 30th, 2026, around 2211 hours, I responded to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a domestic dispute. Once on scene, I began my investigation.
The victim identified as [VICTIM #1] stated his mom Fyre Browning attacked him because he moved the golf cart that had her belongings on it. [VICTIM #1] stated Fyre pushed his daughter [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and that is what made him mad. He stated he threw a chair and it hit her wall and made a small hole in the wall. I observed multiple small red scratch marks around [VICTIM #1]’s neck and some of the marks were bloodied.
[VICTIM #1] stated she grabbed her neck and chocked him. He also had red marks around his neck. His fiancé [WITNESS #1] stated Fyre grabbed [VICTIM #1]’s neck and attacked him. They both stated she was drunk and this occurred in front of her two children [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY].
I gave [VICTIM #1] a victim’s bill of rights paper.
