On 10/28/2025 at 12:35 p. m. I was dispatched to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon my arrival I spoke to the complainant, [WITNESS #1]. He told me his daughter’s son, Gabriel Potter had been walking around the house yelling abut him not being fed his breakfast. [WITNESS #1] said he also heard commotion inside their home [REDACTED BY AGENCY] but that was between [WITNESS #1]’s daughter, [VICTIM #1] (Potter’s mother) and Potter.

I then went and spoke to [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] explained about ten minutes before police arrived on scene Potter was yelling at her about not making him breakfast. [VICTIM #1] said at this time Potter was standing in the kitchen and pushed a pan of cooked eggs around on the stove. [VICTIM #1] said Potter then walked into the dining room and pushed a chair into the kitchen wall. [VICTIM #1] said the wall got a hole in it. [VICTIM #1] valued the sheet rock at $40.00. I took photos of the damaged wall. I asked [VICTIM #1] why Potter was so upset? She said he had been drinking alcohol and this is how he gets when he drinks.

I then spoke to Potter who was sitting outside on the front porch. Potter said he pushed the pan of eggs around the stove after his mother, [VICTIM #1] said he needed to help out around the house more. Potter said this upset him because he does help out around the house and also pays for groceries etc.

Potter said he then left the kitchen and entered the dining room. Potter said at this time he pushed a dining room chair into the dining room wall. Potter said this created a hole in the wall. Potter said he told his mother, [VICTIM #1] he would pay for the damage. I asked Potter if he had been drinking alcohol? Potter said he had 3-4 cans of Four Loko’s since late the evening of 10/27/2025.

At this time Potter was informed and arrested for Criminal Trespass FVA. Officer Pritchett handcuffed Potter behind the back and double locked the handcuffs. Potter was placed in the back seat of Officer Pritchett’s patrol vehicle and had the seat belt placed on him. Officer Pritchett transported Potter to the Southeast Georgia Health System and from there to the Glynn County Detention Center where he was booked and released for the listed charge.

I have completed the involvement tabs and the property tab. This report has been validated. I have uploaded my Axon Body Camera video file to Evidence.com. I have uploaded the photos of the damaged wall to Evidence. com. A warrant for the above listed charge has been drafted for Potter’s arrest. I have also uploaded the SOVI and the ABIS to Evidence.com.
