On December 4, 2026, at approximately 0036 hours, I responded to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a stalking complaint. Upon arrival, I made contact with the complainant, [WITNESS #1].

[WITNESS #1] advised that her daughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] is currently being stalked and harassed by a male subject identified as Jaevon Jimerson, who previously resided at the residence. [WITNESS #1] stated that Jaevon moved onto the property when [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was approximately 14 years old. During that time, Jaevon allegedly used illegal drugs on the property, caused damage to the residence, and was later criminally trespassed from the location.

[WITNESS #1] further stated that she was not aware at the time that Jaevon had allegedly sexually assaulted her daughter while living at the residence and only became aware of these allegations on today’s date. [WITNESS #1] advised that since being criminally trespassed, Jaevon has continued to harass [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and has recently shown up at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] place of employment, where he has thrown objects and engaged in behavior intended to intimidate and harass her.

I then spoke with the victim, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she and Jaevon Jimerson were involved in a romantic relationship that began when she was 14 years old. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that at the time, Jaevon was 22 years old. She stated that the relationship was sexual in nature and advised that the number of times they engaged in sexual and oral intercourse was uncountable due to frequency. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that while Jaevon lived on the property, he resided in a trailer, and sexual activity occurred inside the trailer.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that after Jaevon was removed from the residence, the relationship continued and sexual intercourse occurred in the woods near the residence, inside Jaevon’s vehicle, and on one occasion at a hotel located off Highway 341 she believed was possibly the Extended Stay.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that approximately one month ago she ended the relationship with Jaevon outside of her place of employment, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] at which time Jaevon caused a scene. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that she told Jaevon not to contact her any further.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] further stated that on December 26, at approximately 2100 hours, Jaevon showed up at her workplace after the relationship had ended. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Jaevon believed some employees were laughing at him in relation to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and began yelling at them. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Jaevon then drove through the drive-thru where she was working and attempted to strike her with a DoorDash food order. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised she was able to close the drive-thru window before being struck.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that on today’s date, Jaevon arrived at her workplace with his two sisters (unknown names) and began speaking with her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that Jaevon initially appeared calm, so she agreed to speak with him. Jaevon asked if he could text [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and she allowed it. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Jaevon began expressing his love for her and attempted to continue the relationship, despite her objections. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that she eventually blocked Jaevon due to his persistent behavior.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that after blocking him, Jaevon began repeatedly calling her from different phone numbers. While I was on scene, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] phone rang multiple times from different numbers, even after I personally sent the calls to voicemail.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] showed me text messages sent by Jaevon expressing his love and desire to continue the relationship. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also stated that at one point Jaevon told her he was going to wait up the road for her to get off the school bus. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was unsure of the exact date but stated it occurred sometime last month. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that she deleted that message. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also advised Jaevon was in possession of a firearm that he bought from a pawn shop.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she and Jaevon primarily communicated through Snapchat in order to hide the relationship from her parents. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Snapchat username is [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. She stated she could not recall Jaevon’s username because he blocked her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that Jaevon sent her nude photographs and videos of himself, which she stated are still saved in her Snapchat hidden folder. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated there is at least one photograph and two videos.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that Jaevon drives a black Hyundai sedan with a Georgia license plate beginnins with “[REDACTED]” and that the only employment she is aware of is DoorDash. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [WITNESS #1] were provided an Evidence.com upload link to submit call logs, text messages, Snapchat messages, photographs, and any additional evidence related to this case. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was provided a Victim Bill of Rights pamphlet with the case number. I advised [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to go to Magistrate Court on Monday morning to apply for a protective order against Jaevon Jimerson.

I will forward this information to the School Resource Officer to ensure awareness of the suspect and ongoing situation.
