On the above date I responded to [1800 BLOCK] Wolfe St for an intoxicated person. When I arrived I could hear a male voice yelling but was not able to understand what was said. As I approached the front of the house I could see the male later identified as Keon Thompkins sitting on the front porch. There were neighbors outside that commented on Mr. Thompkins using profanity and yelling for hours prior.

The caller Ms. [WITNESS #1] walked outside and explained that her son (Keon) had been drinking, yelling and causing a scene disturbing the neighbors. While Ms. [WITNESS #1] was talking with me Mr. Thompkins became upset and belligerent to the point that when his mother attempted to calm him down he turned his aggression toward her calling her a bit*h with a closed fist. I had warned Mr. Thompkins previously he would be arrested for disorderly conduct. When he continued to carry on using profanity and yelling I placed Mr. Thompkins under arrest.

At the jail Mr. Thompkins became confrontational and refused to listen when given instruction to complete his booking process and had to be escorted by jailers. Mr. Thompkins was cited for disorderly conduct (16-22).
