[NARRATIVE #1 on September 28, 2024]
I Officer Sullivan arrived in the area of 4435 Altama Ave (Dunkin Donuts) in reference to a Juvenile Problem.
Two juveniles had been located at 3530 Community Rd (Auto Zone). The two matched the description of three juveniles that went into Dunkins. Description was, one juvenile wearing Grey Adidas hoodie and black sweat pants. second description of juvenile black sweat shirt, scary money skull on it. Dispatch was advised three juveniles gestured with hands to make finger guns at the employees and took money from the tip jar. Employees at the store advised they had entered and demand free food.
I reviewed video cameras at Dunkins’. I observed the three juveniles enter the store. One juvenile appeared to be using a video camera to record the event. A second juvenile and Lashamus Hardy began to wave their hands around to imitate having a gun. Hardy took money from the tip jar and put it in his pocket. He then removed money from his back pack. He continued to make gestures to the employees including the manager Vik Patel. Hardy did put money into the tip jar before leaving.
Officer Saint Louis had met the three juveniles on previous calls. Before the events in this report, Ofc Saint Louis had spoken with the three across from Dunkin’. He did conform that Hardy was the third juvenile not located with the other two.
Two juveniles located had been released to mother. Criminal Trespass Warning issued for two juveniles at 4435 Altama Ave (Dunkin Donuts).
