[NARRATIVE #1 on March 05, 2026]

On the above date I Pfc. Stogner #450 responded to Southeast Health System emergency room where I made contact with [VICTIM #1] in reference to this case. [VICTIM #1] was lying on a hospital bed at the time I made contact and I observed 4-5 stab wounds on her left side of her buttocks as well as a stab wound on her chest area. [VICTIM #1] stated that she was walking on the road between Seabreeze Motel and Bunkeys, close to Rent All (2723 Carrie Street) when a female stabbed her.

I was then advised that a male [VICTIM #1] was with was in the lobby in which Pfc. Gullette #427 then stood by with [VICTIM #1] and I went to the lobby to make contact with the witness. The male was identified as Leonard Williams and stated that they were leaving his friend’s room at the Seabreeze Motel and were walking to Bunkey’s on the side walk.

He stated just before they passed the Golf Cart Rental place at the corner of Glynn Ave/Hopkins Ave, a older model blue car pulled up beside them and stopped. He stated a female got out of the vehicle as if she knew them, walked toward his girl [VICTIM #1] and began to stab her. He stated he saw her on the ground and tried to get the female off of [VICTIM #1] but the female swung on him and punched him in the mouth then got back in her vehicle and drove off.

I observed Williams to have a busted bottom lip as if he had been hit and he was still actively bleeding. I stood by with Williams until CID was available to speak with him. CID was notified by Cpl. Davis #482.

[NARRATIVE #2 on March 05, 2026]

On the 03/05/2026 at approximately 2056 Officers were advised the a stabbing had occurred. Pfc. Stogner and Pfc. Gullette went to the hospital and Cpl. Davis and myself went to the area were they stated the stabbing took place. The first location that was given was on hwy 17 between the Sea breeze and Bunkeys, then we were sent to Carrie St and were informed it happened near Rent All.

After not locating anything and being sent to both location, I went to the hospital to speak with the stabbing victim, Ms. [VICTIM #1]. Ms. [VICTIM #1] was unable to give me complete sentences nor stay on the subjects.

When I went back to the parking lot I seen the vehicle they arrived in and seen blood on the console area on the drivers side. At this point I went back to Carrie St and looked around to see if I could locate anything.

[NARRATIVE #3 on March 05, 2026]

On 03/05/2026 at approximately 2056 hours I was dispatched 2415 Parkwood Dr. (Southeast Georgia Health System) in reference to a stabbing.

When I arrived I made contact with Pfc. Stogner in exam room 33 who advised that the victim [VICTIM #1] was not giving her much information. Pfc. Stogner advised that the incident occurred on Carrie St. in front of 2733 Carrie St. (Rent All). Ms. [VICTIM #1] was then taken to get Scans done on her.

I waited for Ms. [VICTIM #1] to return. When Ms. [VICTIM #1] returned to the room she was visibly in pain and grunting. I advised Ms. [VICTIM #1] to try and relax until we were finished and then the doctor would help her with the pain. Ms [VICTIM #1] asked me to get the suspect Lenard Williams for her. I advised Ms. [VICTIM #1] that I had an officer talking to him at the moment but we will get him to comeback as soon as we could. I asked Ms. [VICTIM #1] if Pfc. Stogner spoke to her already. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised that she did speak to her.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] then advised that she fell because she had a stroke and she was unable to get away. I asked Ms. [VICTIM #1] if she knew who it was. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised that she was unsure who did it. She then advised that her and Mr. Williams were walking and the female came up from behind her and her and attacked her. I asked Ms. [VICTIM #1] if the female said anything to her before she attacked her. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised that the female did not say anything prior to the attack.

I asked [VICTIM #1] to clarify where the incident occurred. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised on Carrie St. next to the big rig that was parked on the 2700 block. I observed Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s left eye was bloodshot. I asked her while she was on the ground after the attack if the female began to kick her or punch her. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised that she hit her face on the ground causing her to sustain a face injure.

Detective Bradley arrived on scene and the scene was turned over to him.

I then left the hospital to go and try and locate the scene where the incident occuried. When I arrived I was asked to go locate the vehicle that Ms. [VICTIM #1] was in. When I arrived I located a white Honda Pilot with a GA tag #[REDACTED] that was registed to Mr. Williams. Upon further inspection of the vehicle there was blood that appeared to be dry to the touch on the center console and the front driver seat. I then looked at the front passenger seat and saw a small amount of blood on it.

I stood by with the vehicle till CID took over the scene. Once CID arrived I turned the vehicle over to them.

[NARRATIVE #4 on March 05, 2026]

On 3/5/26 around 2056 hrs I was notified of a stabbing victim at the hospital (SGHS) ER. I was initially informed the incident took place on Glynn Ave in between the Seabreeze Motel and Bunkys Gas Station. I was then provided with a secondary location for the 2700 Block of Carrie St near the Rent All. Both locations were checked and no signs of evidence or a struggle were observed.

I spoke with Pfc Stogner who informed me that a witness to the assault Lenard Williams stated that he and the victim were walking on Glynn ave to go to Bunkys a nearby convenience store when an unidentified female in a blue car stopped assaulted the victim with a knife and then fled. Mr. Williams stated then that they returned to the sea breeze where he then transported the victim to the hospital ER.

I checked both the Palms Motel and Sea breeze guest list for rooms registered under the involved persons names and was informed they had not obtained a room recently at either place.

I was informed by PC Gullette that he had located the vehicle the victim was transported in the ER parking lot. When I arrived I observed a White Honda Pilot GA/[REDACTED] (registered to Lenard Williams) parked in the gore between two handicap parking spaces. I observed no blood or signs of a struggle on the exterior of the vehicle but upon looking into the passenger and driver side windows could see a significant amount of dark blood that appeared to be dry (indicating a significant amount of time had passed) covering the surface of the center console primarily on the drivers side.

Hospital Police advised the Honda Pilot could be seen entering the parking lot at 2044 Hrs. I stood by with the vehicle until officers from CID arrived.

[NARRATIVE #5 on March 05, 2026]

On 03/05/2026 at approximately 2000 hours, I, Detective Bradley, was notified of a reported stabbing victim who had walked into the hospital located at 2415 Parkwood Drive. I arrived on scene and made contact with Officer Gullete and Officer Stogner. Both officers provided me with a brief synopsis of the incident and their actions prior to my arrival.

I then made contact with the victim, [VICTIM #1], who was currently being treated for puncture wounds. Due to the pain she was in, Ms. [VICTIM #1] was only able to briefly speak with me. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised she had been with Leonard Williams walking on Carrie Street between the two motels (Seabreeze and Palms) when she was stabbed by an unknown female.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised the female first bit Mr. Williams on the lip and then came at her. Ms. [VICTIM #1] described the suspect as a black female wearing black shorts but was unsure of any further description. Ms. [VICTIM #1] admitted to being under the influence of crack cocaine.

I photographed all visible injuries. Ms. [VICTIM #1] had a cut to the left center of her chest, a cut on her left palm, and a cut on her left shin. Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s clothing, consisting of a green top and black jeans, was collected and placed into evidence bags. A pipe that was located on her person had already been placed into a biohazard bag. I took possession of all items and secured them in my vehicle.

I then made contact with Leonard Williams. Mr. Williams had visible bruising and open cuts to his mouth/lips. Photographs were taken of his injuries. Mr. Williams advised that they had been leaving [REDACTED]’s residence when a blue car with a Florida tag pulled up to them between Bunky’s and the golf cart business. Mr. Williams advised that a female exited the vehicle and struck Ms. [VICTIM #1] in the mouth and then struck him in the lips before leaving the area. Mr. Williams described the suspect as a female with short hair wearing blue jeans and a purple shirt.

Mr. Williams agreed to participate in an interview on 03/06/2026 at 1300 hours. Mr. Williams also gave consent for me to photograph his vehicle after officers on scene observed blood on the seat. Mr. Williams agreed, and I photographed the interior and exterior of his 2014 Honda Pilot. There was dried blood on the driver’s seat and along the driver’s side of the center console.

I then relocated to the area of Hopkins Avenue and Glynn Avenue in an attempt to locate the crime scene. Detective Holt and I canvassed the area but were unable to locate any evidence.

The evidence bags containing the clothing and the bag containing the pipe were transported to the Brunswick Police Department. The items were then secured in the Criminal Investigations Division evidence lab.
