On the above date I responded to [2200 BLOCK] K St in reference to a person with a gun. The caller Michaela Price stated that there were people outside her home with guns and her husband was there. Ms. Price stated that her husband who was still at home informed her of this but she was en route. Dispatch also informed me that the day prior Ms. Price called in stating the same thing.
When I arrived I was able to see [VICTIM #1] Standing outside with his dogs. I asked him if anyone was here with guns and he appeared confused and stated that Ms. price had locked him out before leaving with his house key. Mr. Price did inform me that he had a firearm in his pants but noone else had been there since she left.
I asked dispatch to call Ms. Price and have her return to this location. When she arrived she admitted to locking Mr. [VICTIM #1] out of the home and leaving during an argument. When I asked Ms. Price how she had obtained the information of people being at her house with guns and she stated that Mr. [VICTIM #1] had told her on the phone. Immediately Mr. [VICTIM #1] said “no that’s not true”. Ms. Price would then state that she could prove he did on her phone but never provided any evidence of that.
Ms. Price was arrested for criminal Trespass for intentionally locking Mr. [VICTIM #1] out of their home and leaving, and False report For calling 911 stating people were at her house with guns.
