[NARRATIVE #1 on August 11, 2025]

I responded to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] G Street, in reference to a Sex Offense, and an a Spanish speaking translator would be needed.

Upon arrival, I was able to obtain information for the Victim, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], the Suspect Mr. Ovidio De Jesus Salzar, and Father of the Victim, Mr. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. I was able to obtain the sex offense took place at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Wolfe Street, and occurred two or three months ago.

Mr. [REDACTED] discovered during the weekend, his daughters phone has messages between her and Suspect. Mr. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] called for Police today.

CID was contacted and did not respond.

[NARRATIVE #2 on August 26, 2025]

Hernandez was arrested for Child Molestation. Hernandez was then placed in handcuffs behind his back. The handcuffs were checked for fit and double locked for safety. Hernandez was then searched incident to arrest, escorted to Officer Acevedo’s patrol unit and placed in the rear seat and transported to the Glynn County Jail for holding.

Warrant for Hernandez is as follows:

I, Det. E. Holt, personally makes oath that Ovidio Hernandez (Hereinafter called the Accused) did, at or before approximately 1200 hours, on the 30 th day of May in the year 2025, in the county aforesaid at [1600 BLOCK] Wolfe Street Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia commit the offense of Child Molestation (O.C.G.A. 16-6-4) in that said Accused did commit the said offense when he did engage in sexual intercourse with [REDACTED BY AGENCY], who is twelve (12) years of age. With the intent to satisfy the sexual desires of the said accused. To Wit: the Accused did have sexual intercourse with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who is twelve years of age, contrary to the laws of said state, the good order, peace and dignity thereof and this deponent makes this affidavit that a warrant may issue for his (her) arrest.
