On the above date and time, Cpl. Davis, Pfc. White and myself arrived at [700 BLOCK] Carpenter St in reference to a male subject having a complaint about a neighbor.

When we arrived we spoke with Mr. Robert Hall. Mr. Hall was still complaining about a female in a residence across the street from him. Mr. Hall was again explaining how the female was in the process of buy the residence from his wife, but she was not suppose to move in till closing.

Mr. Hall had already spoke with City of Brunswick Code Enforcement, and several Officers about this situation over the past few weeks including us.

Mr. Hall was in the road, intoxicated and screaming across the street about the female staying in the residence and her dog being on the property. Mr. Hall was told to go back to his property and to calm down due to it being 0630 hrs and he lives in a neighborhood. Mr. Hall became angry again as Officers tried to speak with him, and as he began to get louder he was placed under arrest. Mr. Hall refused to listen to Officers and was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct.

Mr. Hall was placed in handcuffs behind his back which were checked for tightness by Cpl. Davis. Cpl. Davis transported Mr. Hall to the Glynn County Jail, after all proper paperwork was completed Mr. Hall was turned over to their custody.

Citation number 193633 under City Ordinance for Disorderly conduct. Sec. 16-22. – Disorderly conduct.
