I, Detective Troy Bergiadis spoke with [REDACTED] of the Division of Family and Children Services regarding the investigation. [REDACTED] provided medical records for newborn [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who tested positive for cocaine at birth. [REDACTED] further reported that the child’s mother, Ruth McDowell, admitted to her that she had recently been using cocaine.
The records and information were collected for investigative purposes. These records were uploaded to Evidence.com under the above casen number. It was also explained to me that currently Ruth’s living location is unkown at this time. But the children have been placed in the care of their Grandmother at an address located in Hortense GA.
