[NARRATIVE #1 on May 26, 2025]
On the above date I Pfc. Stogner #450 responded to a party at Orange Park located on between the 2200 block of Reynolds and the 200 block of Ellis street. Initially my reason for response was to clear the park, however when I arrived in the area other officers were waved down by a female who had a severe laceration on her top lip.
I responded to 2100 block of Ellis street where I observed a female with a severe laceration on the middle of her upper lip, it was bleeding refusively and it looked as if a chunk of her upper lip was gone. The female, identified as [VICTIM #1], was wearing a black athletic-like outfit with a white stripe outlining the fabric.
She stated she was in the park with her friend when this girl who she knew as Shamaria Nelson approached her and yelled “yo bit*h I heard you got a problem with me.” [VICTIM #1] stated that after Nelson yelled at her she could see Nelson standing in front of her with a blade in her right hand. [VICTIM #1] stated that the fight became physical between the two of them and it wasn’t until the end of the fight that she realized her lip was bleeding and that she knew she had been cut with the razor.
[VICTIM #1] stated that her friend, [WITNESS #1], was with her the whole time when it happened. Rescue 5 arrived on scene and advised [VICTIM #1] that she would definitely need stitches in which they transported her to the ER.
I arrived to the ER and met with [WITNESS #1] in front of the ER and told her that I needed her information as she witnessed the incident. [WITNESS #1] stated that she was there at the park with [VICTIM #1] and that she was not friends with Shamari Nelson but that she knew about a year ago [VICTIM #1] and Nelson had had issues and that Nelson had not been around this past year due to her having twins.
She stated that the incident that happened today was from past issues between [VICTIM #1] and Nelson. She stated her and [VICTIM #1] had just walked over to the park and were having a drink when Nelson approached [VICTIM #1] and yelled “hey bit*h I heard you got a problem with me.” She stated that they both fought each other but that Nelson had a blade on her and cut [VICTIM #1].
I then conducted a follow up with [VICTIM #1] who had already been put into a room at the hospital of the ER. The doctor stated the [VICTIM #1] that she would definitely need stitches and that she would need plastic surgery after due to the placement of the cut on her lip.
[VICTIM #1] was able to provide me with video footage of the fight in however the only person I could identify in the fight was [VICTIM #1]. I could not see who was fighting her and I was told by [VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #1] that the person fighting [VICTIM #1] was Shamari Nelson. Multiple groups of people are seen on the footage pysically fighting.
Warrants are pending.

[NARRATIVE #3 on December 22, 2025]
On Monday, December 22, 2025, I, Corporal Earl F. Wilson 407, was assigned to Brunswick Police (BPD) Patrol A-1. I was wearing full BPD patrol uniform equipped with digital body worn Axon camera. I was operating from clearly marked patrol truck 20-2.
At about 0200 hours, BPD Supervisor was requested to confirm an open arrest warrant. Glynn County Police were on a call for service at Eagles Pointe Apartments and a female, SHAMARI NELSON, was involved. Shamari has an active arrest warrant from BPD for an incident on May 26, 2025. I pulled the file from the BPD TAC Office and confirmed the warrant with the last four of the female’s social security number.
Warrant information as follows:
