On November 14, 2025, at about 1913 hrs., Ofc. D. Jones and I responded to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a report of a domestic assault, where the complainant, later identified as Ms. [VICTIM #1], reported that during an argument, her husband and children’s father, identified as Mr. Tommy Harper, Sr., grabbed her and “choked” her, and also, grabbed and physically threw their 2 yr. daughter into the residence metal back door.
The investigation is still on-going.
