On Thursday, May 7th, 2026 at approximately 2250 hours, Deputy C.J. WALKER with the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office Uniform Patrol Division responded to [100 BLOCK] Rolling Acres 5th Street SE, Calhoun, Gordon County, Georgia in reference to a harassment report.
Upon arrival, Deputy WALKER met with the complainant, [VICTIM #1], who stated that BRITTANY WALKER, at approximately 2245 hours this date, had been on his porch knocking on his door and even left him a romantic note. [VICTIM #1] stated to Deputy WALKER that BRITTANY making unwanted contact with him, whether it be via telecommunications or in person, has been an ongoing issue. [VICTIM #1] stated that within the last year, he has already made two other police reports regarding BRITTANY making unwanted contact with him. Reference Case #25-12-0005 and Case #26-03-0116.
[VICTIM #1] stated that this is the first time BRITTANY has ever showed up at his residence and he wanted to take criminal action against BRITTANY. Deputy WALKER advised [VICTIM #1] that there was enough evidence to charge BRITTANY with Stalking. [VICTIM #1] stated he wanted to prosecute due to having to deal with her following him at his place of work in the past.
Deputy WALKER advised Gordon E-911 that he and Deputy W.T. COOPER were enroute to BRITTANY’s address, [100 BLOCK] Emerald Drive SE, Calhoun, Gordon County, Georgia. Both Deputies arrived on scene at approximately 0011 hours on May 8th, 2026. After arriving on scene, Deputies were met in the front yard by BRITTANY. When asked about her and [VICTIM #1]’s relationship, BRITTANY denied having one with [VICTIM #1]. When Deputy WALKER asked BRITTANY about the letter she wrote and left on [VICTIM #1]’s front porch, BRITTANY admitted to doing it and said that there is a lot going on and [VICTIM #1] was the only thing keeping her going. Deputy WALKER asked BRITTANY if she was ever told by Deputies in the past about not making any contact whatsoever with [VICTIM #1] or charges would be taken out on her. BRITTANY stated she was aware.
Deputy WALKER advised BRITTANY that she was under arrest for Stalking and was placed in handcuffs. BRITTANY was placed in the back of Deputy COOPER’s patrol car and transported to the Gordon County Jail. Deputy WALKER took a Stalking warrant out on BRITTANY as well as notified BRITTANY that she was criminally trespassed from [VICTIM #1]’s residence, [100 BLOCK] Rolling Acres 5th Street SE, Calhoun, Gordon County, Georgia, and [VICTIM #1]’s mothers residence, [100 BLOCK] Willow Haven Street, Calhoun, Gordon County, Georgia.
Deputy WALKER attached the note BRITTANY wrote, attached a Notification of Release for [VICTIM #1] to the incident report, and a copy of the Stalking warrant.
