On May 25, 2026, I Officer Weesner was dispatched to 601 Union Grove Rd Adairsville Ga 30103 in reference to a report of an individual urinating at the front door.

When I arrived on scene I spoke with the individual later identified as Mr. Jose Chavarria who stated he had to pee and couldn’t hold it. When I asked what happened Mr. Chavarria stated he had 3 beers and had to use the bathroom. I then asked Mr. Chavarria how he got to Bucees Mr. Chavarria stated a friend drove with him. I then placed Mr. Chavarria in handcuffs double locked and checked for fit and placed in the back passenger side of my patrol car.

I then spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY], who stated at 0400 (hours) Mr. [WITNESS #1] saw Mr. Chavarria urinating at the front door. After witnessing this Mr. [WITNESS #1] told the manager and called 911.

I then spoke to the Manager at Bucees [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who stated her and the other Manager saw video surveillance of Mr. Chavarria driving his vehicle and getting out to use the bathroom at the front door. Ms. [REDACTED] stated that she wanted Mr. Chavarria trespassed from Bucees. I then wrote Mr. Chavarria a trespass warning and explained he was not to come back to Bucees.

After reviewing the video surveillance no one else was in the vehicle with Mr. Chavarria. Mr. Chavarria Vehicle was then towed by Cherokee Savage towing.

Officer Shelton then read GA Implied Consent to Mr. Chavarria and Mr. Chavarria agreed to give breath. Officer Shelton then transported Mr. Chavarria to Gordon County Jail where he administered the breath test on the intoxilyzer 9000 Mr. Chavarria blew a 0.101.

Warrants were then taken then taken on Mr. Chavarria for DUI-ALCOHOL .08 GM, OVER 21, and PUBLIC INDECENCY-INDECENT EXPOSURE.
