On March 6, 2024 at approximately 0110 hours DEPUTY M.D. RALSTON with the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office Uniform Patrol Division was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Kleeman Road Calhoun, Gordon County Georgia in reference to a physical altercation.

Upon arrival DEPUTY RALSTON could not locate the address that was given by the complainant, DEPUTY RALSTON meet with Juvenile [VICTIM #1] at Town and County located at 3523 Dews Pond Road Road Calhoun, Gordon County Georgia. Once at the store Juvenile [VICTIM #1] advised he was at [100 BLOCK] Kleeman Road hanging out when KOLTON LANCE had pulled up at the residence and walked up to Juvenile [VICTIM #1] and hit him with a closed fist across the cheek, Juvenile [VICTIM #1] then stated KOLTON had wrapped his arm around his neck and was choking him. Juvenile [VICTIM #1] stated he could not breathe and felt like he was going to pass out. Juvenile [VICTIM #1] stated after the altercation he left.

DEPUTY RALSTON went to [100 BLOCK] Kleeman to speak with KOLTON, once at the residence DEPUTY RALSTON spoke with [WITNESS #1] and [WITNESS #2] whom stated KOLTON had left. [WITNESS #1] stated that KOLTON’S ex girlfriend had sent KOLTON an old picture of Juvenile [VICTIM #1] of her sitting next to each other. [WITNESS #1] stated KOLTON pulled up and started fitting with Juvenile [VICTIM #1], [WITNESS #1] stated he did not see much but saw KOLTON choking Juvenile [VICTIM #1]. [WITNESS #1] stated he broke them up and Juvenile [VICTIM #1] left. DEPUTY RALSTON attempted to call KOLTON multiple times with no answer.

DEPUTY RALSTON went to [300 BLOCK] Brody Drive Road Calhoun, Gordon County Georgia in attempt to make contact, DEPUTY RALSTON was unable to make contact with KOLTON.

DEPUTY RALSTON applied for two state warrants Simple Battery and Aggravated assault.
