On Tuesday July 14th, 2026 at approximately 2009 hours DEPUTY R.L. BURNS with the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office Uniform Patrol Division was dispatched to [1800 BLOCK] Moores Ferry Rd Plainville, Gordon County, Georgia 30733 in reference to a verbal dispute.

Upon arrival DEPUTY BURNS spoke with [WITNESS #1] who stated that her step father, WILMER RODRIGUEZ, had not being living at the address since October 31st, 2025 due to prior domestic violence issues between him and her mother, [VICTIM #1]. Ms. [WITNESS #1] advised DEPUTY BURNS that Mr. RODRIGUEZ has been showing up to the house for visitation highly intoxicated. On this date when Mr. RODRIGUEZ showed up he began yelling at Ms. [VICTIM #1] and their two juvenile daughters, [JUVENILE #1] and [JUVENILE #2]. He was blaming them for getting him arrested on October 31st. Ms. [WITNESS #1] stated that he called Ms. [VICTIM #1], Ms. [JUVENILE #1], and Ms. [JUVENILE #2] slurs in English and Spanish. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated she considered those to be “fighting words”, and he was using obscene and profane language in front of two juveniles under the age of 14 years old.

Mr. RODRIGUEZ called a friend, ELEUTERIO AMBROSIO CRUZ, to pick him up from the address. Upon arrival Mr. AMBROSIO CRUZ referred to Ms. [VICTIM #1] a “Wh*re” in front of the juveniles. Both subjects left in a gray in color van and headed towards Hwy 53.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] was adamant that she wanted to press charges on Mr. RODRIGUEZ. DEPUTY BURNS is taking a warrant for Disorderly Conduct for using profane language in front on a child under the age of 14. Ms. [VICTIM #1] also wants Mr. AMBROSIO CRUZ criminally trespassed from [1800 BLOCK] Moores Ferry Rd

DEPUTY BURNS checked Mr. RODRIGUEZ for an current court orders and he is not supposed to have any violent contact with Ms. [VICTIM #1].

DEPUTY BURNS obtained a written statement from Ms. [WITNESS #1] on behalf of Ms. [VICTIM #1] due to a language barrier
