On 05/02/2026, at approx. 0515 hours, I, Dep. Meadows responded to the intersection of Spence Rd and County Line Rd. in reference a domestic call.
Upon arrival I made contact with [VICTIM #1]. She was driving 2024 Nissan Altima, black in color, displaying GA tag #[REDACTED]. As I did a driver’s side approach to the vehicle, I observed 2 dents on the doors. [VICTIM #1] stated William Allen put the dents in the vehicle while she was blowing the horn at a residence on County line Rd. She stated she was blowing the horn trying to wake people up to help her.
[VICTIM #1] stated when she left for work at approx. 0500 hours, William must have been parked on the side of the road hiding. She noticed a set of headlights come on and was approaching her fast. [VICTIM #1] stated at the time she did not know it was William. William has a no contact as part of his bond conditions (verified by S&S Bonds).
[VICTIM #1] stated William got into the on coming traffic lane and tried to force her into the ditch. [VICTIM #1] stated at one point she was in the ditch, but was able to recover and get back onto the roadway. [VICTIM #1] stated she tried everything she could do to get away from William. [VICTIM #1] stated that when she pulled into an unknown address on County Line Rd. and started blowing her horn. She stated at that time William left the scene.
While talking to [VICTIM #1], she showed me on her mobile device where William had been texting and calling her all night. She stated it got so bad she had to put her phone on silence just to get some sleep. [VICTIM #1] stated the calling and texting has been going on for a few days.
I made several attempts to contact William, but had negative results. At 0832 William called my mobile device and made contact. William did not want to answer any questions I had. William only wanted to talk about civil matters between him and [VICTIM #1]. I asked William if he could meet me at the Grady County Sheriff’s office so I could get his side of the story. William stated he had to go to work and would meet me when he got off work at 1600 hours.
I made contact with [REDACTED] at S&S Bonding to get more information on William. [REDACTED] stated he was coming off of Williams bond as soon as William arrived at the Sheriff’s Office. At approx. 1230, William texted me and advised he was 10 minutes away from the Sheriff’s Office. I made contact with S&S Bonds to inform them William was on his way.
I made contact with william, William would not allow me to ask him questions. William kept saying [VICTIM #1] had $800 of his. I advised William he was being arrested for Aggravated Stalking 16-5-91 and Aggressive driving 40- 6-397. I then handcuffed William behind the back (double-locked and checked for fit) searched for weapons and contraband with negative results. I then escorted William into the Grady County Jail for booking and processing. S&S Bonds was on scene as well. William was then turned over to the jail intake staff. Warrants pending.
