On Wednesday May 21, 2025 at approximately 1547hrs I Deputy Jonathan Maney was dispatched to a fight in progress at [100 BLOCK] Tiger Paw Dr, Clarkesville GA 30523. Dispatch stated the caller advised there’s a large fight going on at this address. I responded in a code three (emergency equipment activated) status. While en route Deputy Eric Luders and Lieutenant Brad Robertson arrived on scene and advised all incoming to reduce code.

Upon my arrival I found Deputy Luders to be standing by with a male and female and Lt Robertson to be standing by with two males and a female. I met with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] later identified as a victim in the incident. [REDACTED] stated that her nephew a Billy Mull subject and his girlfriend a [WITNESS #1] subject was supposed to be coming to her residence at [100 BLOCK] Tiger Paw Dr to retrieve some belongings. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that upon their arrival Billy exited his vehicle with a metal folding tire iron and began threatening her with it. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that as he began trying to strike her with it her boyfriend and son intervened. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she was thrown to the ground during the incident but did not sustain any visible injuries.

I then met with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] boyfriend identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] son identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Both [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stories matched with [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that he saw Billy trying to attack his mother and stepped in to defend her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that he also stepped in to protect both [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Neither [REDACTED BY AGENCY] sustained any visible injuries in the fight.

I then met with Billy Mull who stated that he was returning a vehicle to the address which he had borrowed from his grandfather. Billy stated when he pulled into the driveway he saw [REDACTED BY AGENCY] approaching his vehicle. Billy stated he stepped out of his vehicle with a metal tire iron but dropped it before the fight started. Billy stated he engaged in a fight with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] but did not strike [REDACTED BY AGENCY] due to him being a minor. Billy stated that during the fight he was pushed down a hill through a briar patch and struck his head on a metal building. Billy stated that both [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was kicking him while he was down. Billy was checked and cleared by EMS personnel on scene. Billy did not have any visible injuries other than scratches to his legs and arms from the [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated the same.

I then began having the subjects complete witness statements and began looking for the metal tire iron that was used in the incident. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she saw [WITNESS #1] take the tire iron back to the vehicle which was parked at her residence. I was able to locate the tire iron in the passenger floorboard of the vehicle a gold in color honda passenger vehicle. The tire iron was seized for evidence.

During my investigation and after speaking to the three victims I found all three were in fear for there life’s due to the tire iron being presented by Billy. Billy was placed in handcuffs from the rear checking for fit and double locked for safety. Billy was escorted to my patrol vehicle were he was searched incident arrest. Billy was then secured in the rear seat of my patrol vehicle which had been cleared prior of any contraband. I spoke with the land owner who arrived on scene about a criminal trespassing warning for both Billy and [WITNESS #1], the landowner stated he did not wish to have them trespassed as they are family.

Billy was transported to the Habersham County Detention Center where he was turned over to jail staff without incident. While at the jail I completed a intent to charge form and three victim notification forms. Prior to leaving the Detention Center my patrol vehicle was checked and cleared of any contraband.

Later this date I completed and was granted three warrants for Aggravated Assault signed by Honorable Judge Amy Thomas (one for each victim).
