On the day of 5/27/2026 I responded to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to an aggravated assault, dispatch stated the caller informed them that her boyfriend David Albee put his hands around her neck and pushed her. I arrived on scene and spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] the girlfriend of David Albee, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she went through David’s phone while he was sleeping and found a video of her 13 yr old daughter [REDACTED BY AGENCY] naked and changing in the bathroom. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she went and confronted David by hitting him several times. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated David then got up, began to yell at her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated David then locked her and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] out of the house, grabbing his and her phone and leaving the house. David was gone before law enforcement arrived.

I spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] with the consent of her mother [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she was asleep when I heard my mom and David yelling and it got worse and my mom cried and then yelled for me to call 911 and shut and locked my door. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she kicked her screen out of her window and jumped out, running to her neighbor’s house and calling the cops.

I arrived on scene and David was not on scene, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] provided a location of David and it shown that he was in Martin, Ga. Due to no evidence of the video I was unable to secure a warrant for detainment. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she was not hit by David and that she did all the hitting.

I attempted to contact David several times by the number provided with no contact. I was able to leave several voicemails with no returned phone call. Invest. Mendenhall was contacted and updated regarding the incident.
