On July 17, 2026 at approximately 10:25 am I, Deputy L Ivester #130 along with SGT Carter #124 and LT Cason #109 were dispatched to a Verbal Domestic situation at [REDACTED BY AGENCY], Alto GA 30510. This call for service resulted in this report being taken, and after an additional call for service stemming from this original situation an arrest was made. Please see the supplemental to this report for details pertaining to the additional call for service.

I arrived on scene and spoke with the complainant/victim identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who was visibly shaken and on edge. After a few minutes of attempting to calm the victim I was able to ascertain that she and her spouse identified as Kaleb Wilson have recently separated. The couple lived together at [REDACTED BY AGENCY], Cornelia GA 30531, she advised on Saturday 07.11.2026 she and her daughter were kicked out of the home by Kaleb she stated that he said “You can be husbandless and fatherless” she also advised there was a domestic situation that occurred on this date where Kaleb supposedly stated that she and the kids would be found dead. [VICTIM #1] and her daughter currently reside at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Alto GA 30510 with [VICTIM #1]’s parents.

She stated today when she was planing to come get her clothes Kaleb stated she needed to come alone and not bring anyone with her. She stated that Kaleb has been watching [REDACTED BY AGENCY] on satellite, she advised even after turning off her life360, Kaleb was able to accurately state where she has been at and stating that she can not hide from her.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she had a screen recording of the conversation she and Kaleb had prior to this call but at the time she was unable to get it to play sound. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] showed me a text message thread where there were no direct threats between Kaleb to [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. I explained this to her and advised in order to charge someone for terroristic threats it has be specific in nature and not simply a perceived threat. LT Cason explained the TPO Process to family members on scene. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and family on scene were also explained the 10-13 process. Parties were separated at the time this report was taken. Due to insufficient probable cause to result in an arrest no action was taken other than documentation at this time.
