On June 14, 2025, I, Deputy Jenkins, was Dispatch in responded code one to a verbal domestic at [3200 BLOCK] Hollywood Highway, Clarksville, GA.

The complainant was stating that a Lorrie Brown subject, her sister, was on her porch, banging on the door, demanding to be let into the house. She stated that she was also walking through the yard, yelling profanities, and then again attempted to beat down the front door.

When I, and other deputies arrived on scene, Lorrie Brown was nowhere to be found. After checking the premises, the complainant was advised to call back if she returned. Approximately 30 minutes later, the complainant, identified as [VICTIM #1], called back to Habersham County dispatch and stated that Lorrie was back in the yard, screaming profanities and attempting to beat down the door. This time, when deputies arrived on scene, Lorrie was seen on the front porch, but then quickly disappeared. After walking around the residence multiple times and not locating Lorrie, Sgt Ivester checked underneath the porch and stated that he had found her. I then looked under the opposite side of the porch and saw Lorrie hiding underneath. Laurie was given multiple commands to come out from under the porch, but she refused, responding by yelling profanities at deputies. After telling her multiple times to come out, she finally complied. Once Lorrie exited the porch, she was placed in handcuffs behind the back, checked for fit and double locked, and was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct.

While escorting Lorrie back to my patrol Car I detected the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from Lorrie’s person. Lorrie then attempted multiple times to pull away from me. Once arriving at my patrol car, she refused to get in the car and had to be placed inside the car. Once Lori was placed in the rear seat of my patrol vehicle, I approached the residence to get the compliance information. While I was speaking with the complainant, I heard a loud banging sound coming from the rear seat of my patrol vehicle. When I opened the driver side door to see what was wrong, Lori was seen laying down in the seat, kicking the rear passenger window of my patrol vehicle, attempting to break out the window. I then asked Sgt Ivester if he would get the complaints information so I could go ahead and transport Lorrie to the Detention Center. While en route to the Habersham County Detention Center, Lorrie continued to kick the windows and partition of my patrol vehicle.

Once arriving at the jail, Lorrie continued to be noncompliant with Deputies, and had to be held still against the wall while she was searched into the facility. During the search of her person, Detention Officers located 2 used syringes, commonly used for the injection of illegal substances, inside Lorrie’s bra. Lorrie was then turned over to Detention Staff.

Warrants were taken for:
