On the day of 8/6/2026 I responded to Dicks Hill Parkway in the area of Irvin Lake Road in reference to a Domestic.

I arrived on scene and spoke with Miranda Pitts; Miranda stated this morning her tag was not on her car so she tried to contact [REDACTED] he had left a note but wouldn’t answer. Miranda stated she then drove to [50 BLOCK] Brittany Circle and got her tag. Miranda stated she spoke with [REDACTED] and he stated we were not together and he needed to stop stalking me.

Miranda stated [REDACTED] went to the store because she asked for a Pepsi and he said if I was gone when he came back, he was happy to see me. So, I left and he passed me and hung out of the driver window and heeved (Threw) a tool, maybe plyers and threw them at my face and busted my windshield. I drove a little way and he followed me and cut me off and I turned around and pulled over. Miranda stated he followed her and blocked her to the road and pulled the plyers out and told her to follow him and he would fix the window. Miranda stated she followed him and parked and he said he was getting me arrested and he was gonna kill me. Miranda stated she left and called Circle of Hope then the police while seeking shelter and help.

I spoke with husband [REDACTED], [REDACTED] stated that he was dead asleep when he got up Miranda was there demanding that he get her a windshield and drinks so he left and went and got drinks and came back she was gone and came back again. While following him thinking he wasn’t coming back. [REDACTED] stated then they argued that he wasn’t going to buy her a windshield. [REDACTED] stated it pretty much ends there. During the interview, [REDACTED] was able to provide text messages between his self and Miranda, [REDACTED] produced his phone and allowed me to read the messages between the two.

A message sent from Miranda read: I was just asking for help [REDACTED] I was going down the road behind a truck and he ran over something that went through my windshield and then you wouldn’t help me and fuss at me. I was man I didn’t mean to be in your daddy’s truck but you tell me all that I stopped down there and brake marks and took a picture because you happen to be coming right by about the time so I got it made it look like you did it ha ha.

Text furthered by Miranda: Law is going to believe a woman before she leaves a man like when I flipped you vehicle and you had to say you did it when I had no license. Ill play this game better than you do.

I then read Miranda Warning to Miranda Pitts, Miranda Pitts stated she understood and wanted to speak regarding the case. I informed Miranda that I read text messages between [REDACTED] and her. Miranda stated that all messages were A.I. and he text himself from her phone and he knows how to do that. I informed Miranda Pitts that I called the number provided by [REDACTED]. I asked Miranda if phone number [REDACTED] belonged to her, Miranda stated that the number belonged to her. Miranda stated that she has videos that proved that he was at fault for the damage but was unable to produce the videos.

Miranda Pitts was placed under arrest for the following: 1. O.C.G.A- 16-10-26- False Report of a crime.

Miranda was placed in handcuffs, sized and double locked for her comfort. Miranda was transported to Habersham County Sheriff’s Office and was turned over to the Detention Center for further processing. A warrant was signed off and Executed and forwarded to the Jail.
