Additional remarks:
Discussed employee health, vomit and fecal, allergen awareness. Discussed partial cook procedure, cold holding, CFSM responsibility to train all PIC’s in food safety.

-According to PIC: Date marking only done in Walk in Cooler. Other foods not date marked due to food not in facility for more than 24 hours.
-Advised wood wick food contact surfaces in main kitchen may need to be resealed if seal is separating.
-Fix 2nd reach in cooler door in main kitchen.
-Reinspection with 10 business days
-Facility must have probing thermometers for checking temperatures.
