Additional remarks:
For the walk-in-cooler, the door must be repaired as it does not close properly upon opening causing temperature loss into the kitchen.
CFSM stated that black plastic containers on the clean utensil rack were the facility’s sanitizer buckets. No in-use sanitizer buckets were present during inspection. CFSM was instructed to stop using the black plastic containers as those are for food and to obtain red Sani-buckets to prevent possible contamination of food with chemicals caused by an employee using the wrong container.
