WNB Factory in Hampton receives a 63% on their recent health inspection

WNB Factory, located at 11345 Tara Boulevard Suite 2 in Hampton, received a score of 63 points out of a possible 100 points during their 04/16/2024 inspection by the Georgia Department of Public Health.

The violations noted by the inspector were:

Inspector Notes: Observed, in the walk-in cooler, 2 containers of raw chicken tenders stored next to 1 container of raw beef patty on the same shelf, 1 container of raw chicken tenders stored directly next to 2 bulk containers of ready to eat sauce; and 1 container of raw shrimp stored next to 1 container of raw chicken on the same shelf. Advised PIC vised PIC that when storing TCS food items, food items shall be stored according to final internal cook temperature. COS: Had food employee rearrange items in the walk-in cooler.

Advised PIC that when cold holding items, temperatures shall range between 41 degrees and below. COS: PIC discarded food items listed.
