[NARRATIVE #1 on June 14, 2026]
On Sunday June 14th, 2026 at approximately 03:55 PM, I,Officer Estrada #2154, was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Parkview Pl Dr, McDonough GA, 30253, Henry County, in reference to a domestic disturbance call.
I responded to the location with Officer Harrison in a non-emergency manner, without any lights or sirens activated. We arrived on scene and spoke to a female that was standing outside with a baby in her hands. The female, later identified as [VICTIM #1], stated that she had just had an altercation with her boyfriend. She stated it began over a plate of food and then escalated to her leaving the house. [VICTIM #1] stated that she was told to get out by her boyfriend, later identified as Clifford Woods. [VICTIM #1] stated when she went to go, Woods grabbed her and choked her against the wall, and then smacked her glasses off of her face, while she was holding their child, who is under the age of 18.
I spoke to Woods, who stated that they had a verbal argument but nothing got physical. Woods stated it was a minor argument and then shortly after told me that he had a cut on his hand, that was from [VICTIM #1] hitting him with an item. I asked Woods if the incident occurred in the presence of the children and he stated yes. Woods stated he did not want to get [VICTIM #1] in trouble, stating this has happened before.
Woods and [VICTIM #1] completed a witness statement form. Due to the allegations and visible redness around [VICTIM #1]s’ neck and cut on the right side of her cheek behind her ear, I determined that Woods was the predominant aggressor.
I took Woods into custody, placing him into double-locked handcuffs placed behind his back with a two-finger gap between them. I searched Woods for weapons and/or contraband and none were found. I placed him into the back seat of Officer Harrison’s patrol vehicle, which was checked for weapons and/or contraband prior to the start of tour of duty. I placed the seatbelt over his lap and shoulders.
Officer Harrison and I transported Woods to the Henry County Jail, using the quickest and most effective route available, notifying dispatch of our beginning and ending mileage. We arrived at the jail, where we transferred custody of Woods to the Henry County Intake Officers, along with his property and necessary documents. Due to my access to the warrant system, Officer Harrison, an investigating Officer on scene, had to obtain the arrest warrant for Woods. A back seat check was logged after transferring custody of Woods to ensure there was no remaining items or contraband in the back seat. On Monday June 15th, 2026 at approximately 1000 hours I, Ofc Harrison was sworn in by Judge Boyd in reference to warrant number 2026-811WM. Warrants approved. Case closed.
