On 04/11/2026 at approximately 2136 hours, I, Officer Sammons with the McDonough Police Department responded to [800 BLOCK] Walden Run Pl, which is located within the city limits of McDonough (Henry County), Georgia, in reference to a domestic dispute. This incident has been closed by arrest.

Upon arrival contact was made with Darious Reese and [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] advised that Reese had just been released from the Clayton County jail days prior and showed up to her house the night before uninvited.

[VICTIM #1] advised that Reese was going through some kind of mental episode along with heavily drinking and she did not want him in her house. [VICTIM #1] requested the male be trespassed from the location.

Once we got Reese to exit the apartment, he sat outside on the stairs. Myself, Ofc Compton and Ofc Siefken gave Reese multiple times to leave the property but he refused. All 3 officers gave the verbal order to Reese to leave the property and even gave him ample time to make arrangements.

After multiple chances Reese was placed under arrest with his hands cuffed to the rear. The handcuffs were fit for check and double locked. Reese was searched prior to being placed in my patrol vehicle.

Reese was taken to the Henry County Jail where he was released with his charges on city ordinance tickets.

This incident has been closed by arrest.
