[NARRATIVE #1 on June 27, 2026]

On Saturday, June 27th, 2026, I was on patrol in the area of GA Highway 42 and Cleveland Street when I observed a homeless male subject asleep on the steps for the old church connected to the rec center located at 10 Cleveland Street.

The male subject had accumulated a large amount of trash on the steps including food containers and beer cans. I woke the male subject up and he identified himself as Jamoud Granville. Jamoud stated that he was homeless and from Atlanta. I advised Jamoud that he needed to get up and clean the mess up from the steps.

After Jamoud cleaned up his trash, I advised him that he needed to leave the area and that he was being issued a criminal trespass warning for the rec center and old church. I advised Jamoud that if he returned to the area he would be arrested.

[NARRATIVE #2 on June 27, 2026]

On June 27th, 2026, at approximately 12:35 PM, I responded to a report of indecent exposure at the Dutch Brothers location 4939 Bill Gardner Pkwy. Dispatch informed units that was en-route that a male involved was a black male, wearing jeans and a white collard shirt. I located Jamoud Granville, who matched the description dispatch gave out, walking westbound on Bill Gardner Pkwy.

I made contact with Granville in front of Rock N Roll Sushi. I placed him under arrest where his handcuffs were double locked to the rear and checked for proper fit.

Earlier that morning at approximately 0730 hours, I had contacted with Granville in front of the Recreation Center (Incident Supplemental report #2026-00009081). At that location, there was trash and beer cans scattered around the area. Granville was asked to clean up and leave the location. Granville had multiple complaints about him urinating in public and leaving trash in various locations.

The reporting party for the current incident was [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] provided the following account: She was at the Dutch Brothers when she observed Granville pull out his p*nis and urinate in public. She stated she partially saw the act and turned away. [WITNESS #1] reported that children and other people were present at the location when the incident occurred. She called to report the incident but had to return to Jackson and could not remain at the scene.

Granville was charged with disorderly conduct: Subsection R for indecent exposure. I transported Granville to the Henry County jail without further incident.
