On 9-11-2026 at approximately 0203 hours I, Ofc. Cousins 2153, responded to 610 Highway 155 S. (America’s Best Hotel), in the city limits of McDonough, Georgia, in reference to a male who was naked at the location. Upon arrival, contact was made with the employee, [WITNESS #1], who noticed a white male on the camera walking the hall who was naked.
I then traveled to the second floor of the establishment and immediately, after exiting the elevator, noticed a white male running down the hall with no clothing on at all. The white male was completely naked. The male was then advised to stop and was taken into custody, handcuffed behind his back, double-locked, and checked for fit. [WITNESS #1] advised the male resided in room [REDACTED], which was the opposite way the male was traveling.
The male was identified as Jason Elledge [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Elledge was asked what he was doing naked in the hall, to which he stated: “I fell”. Elledge could not advise where he actually fell. Elledge appeared to be under the influence of some sort of substance. It was unclear exactly what Elledge indulged in prior to law enforcement arrival.
After traveling to the room to retrieve some clothing for Elledge, contact was then made with a white female, who was also naked on the bed and asleep. The female was identified as [REDACTED] ([REDACTED BY AGENCY] ), who was Elledge’s girlfriend. [REDACTED] advised she was unaware Elledge left the room and does not know what was occurring at the time.
Brown in color khaki pants were located for Elledge by [REDACTED], which Elledge placed on his body. Elledge was then transported to Henry County Jail and turned over to staff without incident. Elledge was cited for public indecency and provided a copy of his citation.
