On October 23rd, at approximately 10:39 pm, I, Officer Eutsey, responded to [2400 BLOCK] Amber Chase Drive, which is in the city limits of McDonough (Henry County), GA, in reference to a domestic call.

Upon arrival, I spoke to [REDACTED BY AGENCY], she stated that she’s thirteen years old and that she witnessed her father, Mr. Pablo Larosa, punch her mother, Ms. [VICTIM #1], in the face. All parties involved did not fully understand English, so an English-to-Spanish translator was used on Mr. Larosa’s and Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s cellphones when I spoke to them.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that they were in their bedroom, and she asked Mr. Larosa for a separation, but he refused and attempted to talk her out of it. When that did not work, he tried to have sex with her. When she denied his advances, the incident became physical, and she pushed him off of her. Mr. Larosa grabbed her by the neck, which left a visible injury. When Ms. [VICTIM #1] got away from her husband, she ran into their daughter’s bedroom.

Mr. Larosa followed, and Ms. [VICTIM #1] hid underneath the blankets as he punched her multiple times. I noticed additional visible injuries on Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s right leg and right foot. She denied medical assistance, and I took a picture of her injuries. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she witnessed her father punch her mother.

Mr. Larosa stated that his wife was yelling at him, and he did not like that she did that in front of their daughter. He stated that she verbally and physically attacked him first. He showed me a scratch mark on the left side of his stomach. I also took a picture of his injury. Ms [VICTIM #1] stated that she was defending herself and she was trying to get away from him.

Due to the statements and visible evidence provided, Mr. Larosa was arrested and charged with Battery Family Violence and Cruelty to Children in the 3rd Degree. He was handcuffed, which were double locked, and he was then placed in the backseat of my police unit. He was then transported to Henry County Jail and turned over to jail staff without incident.
