On April 12, 2026, at approximately 2116 hours, I, Officer Aguilar, responded to 301 Jonesboro Road (Kroger), located within the city limits of McDonough, Henry County, Georgia, in reference to a male subject trespassing. This case has been closed by arrest.

Upon arrival, I observed Officer Compton with a male later identified as Sherrod Gaston. I then made contact with the store manager, [WITNESS #1], who stated she observed Sherrod standing outside the front doors of the store. She advised that Sherrod had previously been trespassed from the location and, according to store security, had been involved in multiple shoplifting incidents.

After providing dispatch with Sherrod’s name and date of birth, it was confirmed that he had been officially trespassed from 301 Jonesboro Road on July 8, 2025 (Case #2025-00016348).

Based on this information, Sherrod was placed under arrest for criminal trespass. He was handcuffed behind his back; the handcuffs were double-locked and checked for proper fit. He was then placed in the rear of my patrol vehicle, transported, and turned over to the Henry County Jail.

Sherrod was issued a citation for criminal trespass and advised of his mandatory court date. This case is closed by arrest.
