[NARRATIVE #1 on May 25, 2026]
On 05-25-26 at approximately 0024 hours, I Sergeant Ogletree responded to [6000 BLOCK] Creekerton Boulevard which is located within the city limits of McDonough (Henry County) Georgia in reference to a suspicious vehicle.
Prior to my arrival, dispatch advised that the complainant advised that the vehicle in question was a black sedan with the lights on. Upon my arrival, I observed a black in color Chevrolet Malibu bearing Georgia license plate [REDACTED] with its lights on and the engine idling. I then made contact with the driver of the vehicle. While speaking to the driver and advising her why I was there, I could smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from the vehicle.
In the passenger seat, I observed an empty 46ml bottle of Sutter Homes wine. I observed another full bottle of the same wine in the cupholder. I requested an identification from the driver and she was identified as Terria Wallace. Ms. Wallace advised that she just came outside from being inside of the residence. I then asked Ms. Wallace was she drinking inside of her residence and then came outside and go into her vehicle, and she advised she did.
At this time, Officer Prescott arrived on scene and took primary on the incident.

[NARRATIVE #2 on May 25, 2026]
On 05/25/2026 at approximately 2313 hours, I, Officer Prescott with the McDonough Police Department, responded to [6000 BLOCK] Creekerton Blvd., which is within the city limits of McDonough, Henry County, Georgia. This incident has been closed by arrest.
Upon arrival, I made contact with Sgt. Olgetree and the subject of this report, identified as Terria Wallace. Sgt. Olgetree advised me that Wallace had open containers inside the vehicle and was possibly under the influence of alcohol.
When I spoke with Wallace, I could smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from her person. I also observed that her eyes were red and watery, which are indicators of possible impairment.
I then asked Wallace to step out of the vehicle. When she exited, she was holding two mini bottles of Sutter Home wine. When asked if she had been drinking, Wallace admitted that she had consumed alcohol. Wallace stated that she had just gotten out of the shower and came outside to smoke a cigarette because she was not allowed to smoke inside the residence.
I then asked Wallace if she would provide a breath sample via PBT. Wallace consented. The PBT indicated a blood alcohol concentration of .15, which is over the legal limit in the State of Georgia.
I then asked Wallace if she would perform field sobriety evaluations. Wallace initially complied; however, after her mother came outside and advised her not to perform any testing, Wallace became very combative.
Wallace was then placed under arrest. During the handcuffing process, Wallace actively resisted, resulting in a brief struggle before she was successfully secured in handcuffs. I gave Wallace several verbal commands to comply; however, she refused to do so.
Wallace was arrested with her hands secured behind her back. The handcuffs were checked for proper fit and double-locked.
I then transported Wallace to the Henry County Jail, where she was released into the custody of jail staff. A backseat check was completed at approximately 0037 hours.
Wallace complained about discomfort from the handcuffs during transport. I adjusted the handcuffs to ensure they were properly secured and not excessively tight.
