On March 29, 2026, at approximately 1610 hours, I made contact with Travis Rozier in reference to trespassing on 850 Market Place Blvd (Swifty’s Car Wash). He was on the property when I made contact with him.
Rozier was issued a criminal trespass warning by me on 02/19/2026 (case number: 2026-00002478) following the investigation of a disturbance involving Rozier attempting to speak to a female patron of the car wash about getting money. The witness, [WITNESS #1] (Manager), requested the trespass warning be issued.
When contact was made, Rozier was informed he was under arrest for trespassing. Despite some verbal resistance, he complied and was placed in handcuffs. Rozier was then transported to the Henry County Jail on the city ordinance charge of Disorderly Conduct-Trespassing (CO 9.04.010W).
