On May 5th, 2026 at approximately 22:30 hours, I Officer Walcott was inside of 131 South Point Boulevard, McDonough, Henry County, Georgia, 30253, also known as Hacienda Restaurant, when I observed a physical fight. Both males from the initial incident were released to Henry County Jail.

As I was standing by the entrance of Hacienda, a group of concerned citizens approached me and stated that in the far back corner, near the door, there was a group of several black males engaged in a heated argument where they were pushing and shoving each other back and forth.

As I looked up, I observed a male subject wearing all black clothing, later identified as Anthony Render, push another male subject, identified as [VICTIM #1]. I ran over toward the area with other officers and began separating both parties.

As I was walking back with Anthony Render toward my patrol unit, I was approached by another male subject identified as Trevontae Oliver. He stated, “Officer, we can cool him off. Don’t worry, I got him.” I advised Mr. Oliver that he needed to step back and move away as I continued escorting Mr. Render toward my marked patrol unit #36.

As I arrived at my patrol unit, Mr. Oliver again approached me after I had already explained to him that he needed to back up. At this time Mr. Oliver grabbed the back side of my right bicep saying, “Officer, I got him,” and “You’re doing too much.” I again instructed Mr. Oliver to back up and also stated that we had spilled drinks on him and that it had now become his problem.

I explained to Mr. Oliver multiple times that he needed to leave and go back to the area while I handled the situation. Mr. Oliver continued to state, “F*ck you, you’re doing too much, you’re trying to put on a show out here for all these people.”

I instructed Mr. Oliver to back up multiple times. At that time, I observed that Mr. Oliver was intoxicated due to his slurred speech and behavior. Mr. Oliver continued to use profanity and refused to comply.

At that time, I placed Mr. Oliver in handcuffs, double-locked them, and checked for proper fit. I requested another unit to my location and secured Mr. Oliver in the back of patrol unit #18.

I then returned to Anthony Render, who was also placed in handcuffs, double-locked, checked for fitment, and secured in the back of patrol unit #18.

As both males were secured, I began providing their identification information to dispatch. After providing Mr. Render’s information, I was advised that he had an active warrant out of Spalding County. Dispatch confirmed that the warrant was valid.

I then spoke with the victim, [VICTIM #1], and asked him what the incident was about. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that earlier, he had been talking to a female subject when Mr. Render and a group of males, to include Mr. Oliver, approached him and engaged in a verbal confrontation, stating that the female was theirs and questioned why he was speaking with her. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated he did not know who the female was with at the time and continued to party and dance. Due to my observations of physical contact between Mr. Render and Mr. [VICTIM #1], I asked Mr. [VICTIM #1] if he needed medical attention, but he declined.

I spoke with Officer Compton, who advised that he would transport both males to Henry County Jail. Mr. Render was charged with Disorderly Conduct, subsections (A) and (R) and held on his active warrant. Mr. Oliver was charged with Disorderly Conduct subsections (R) and (P) and Public Intoxication.

Both males were released to Henry County Jail. Due to the rapid escalation of the dispute, my proximity, and the amount of people involved, my body worn camera was not activated during the incident.
