On 04/28/2026 at 1730 hours I, Sgt. M Smith, met with the complainant of a harassment incident at 100 Watson Blvd.

Upon making contact with the complainant, Ms. [VICTIM #1], she advised that her boyfriends ex-wife, Ms. Abigail Davis, has been harassing her continually over the last several weeks. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that she has filed numerous reports over that time period regarding the harassment. I was able to locate those reports in RMS (See Case #: 2026-04239 / 2026-04316) for additional information. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised she has already filed for a pre-warrant hearing at the Magistrate Court of Houston County regarding those incidents. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that today at 1539 hours, she discovered Ms. Davis had hacked into her boyfriends Snapchat account and obtained nude photographs of Ms. [VICTIM #1]. Ms. [VICTIM #1] learned through several friends that the explicit photographs of Ms. [VICTIM #1], were then shared to the view of the general public by Ms. Davis on her Instagram and Threads account. Ms. [VICTIM #1] showed me several screenshots ofthe images shared on social media by Ms. Davis.

The screenshots I observed did contain sexually explicit photographs of Ms. [VICTIM #1] to include the display of her exposed genitalia and breasts. I was able to locate the instagram account of Ms. Abigail Davis and due to the privacy settings being set to public, I was able to look at the content of the account. I confirmed that the woman in the pictures posted by the administrator of the account, matched the woman in the arrest and booking photo in RMS that was taken on 07/21/2016. When I clicked on the page icon to display the users shared stories, the first story was a picture of Ms. Davis, and the second story was a collage of screenshots that showed the nude photographs of Ms. [VICTIM #1] and a message that read, “you’re a desperate as f*ck. [REDACTED] cracks joked on your d*ke lookin a** (skull and crossbones emoji) orgy having a*s b***h”, followed by a link to Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s instagram account. I screenshot Ms. Davis’s instagram story and have attached them to this case file in RMS.

I then attempted contact with Ms., Davis but was sent to voicemail. I will be attempting to sign a warrant on Ms. Davis on my next available shift for 16-11-90 Prohibition on Nude/ Explicit Transfers due to the materials shared by Ms. Davis being intimate in nature, intending to harass and cause substantial emotional harm, it serving no legitimate purpose, and being shared across social media platforms.

Case History:

6/24/26

DEFENSE ATTORNEY ENTERS APPEARANCE; ARRAIGNMENT WAIVED; NOT GUILTY PLEA ENTERED

What this means: Attorney Kindall E. Browning-Rickle of Daniels Law LLC formally entered her appearance as counsel of record for Abigail Annette Davis in case 2026-CR-117644. At the same time, the defendant waived — meaning voluntarily gave up — her right to a formal arraignment hearing and entered a plea of not guilty. Abigail Annette Davis also formally demanded a trial by jury. This means the previously scheduled arraignment for 7/16/26 was effectively resolved without a court appearance. All future court notices are to be directed through attorney Browning-Rickle at Daniels Law LLC.

6/24/26

DEFENSE FILES DEMAND FOR DISCOVERY

What this means: Attorney Kindall E. Browning-Rickle filed a Demand for Discovery on behalf of Abigail Annette Davis in case 2026-CR-117644. This is a formal legal request requiring the prosecution to turn over evidence before trial. The demand asks the state to produce the accusation and witness list, any statements Abigail Annette Davis made while in police custody, any scientific reports in the prosecution’s possession, any video or audio evidence related to the defendant both before and after her arrest, and any other evidence — including evidence that could help the defense — under the legal standard established by Brady v. Maryland. This process, known as discovery, is designed to ensure both sides have access to the relevant evidence before the case goes to trial.

ACCUSATION FILED — ABIGAIL ANNETTE DAVIS CHARGED WITH ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION OF MATERIAL DEPICTING NUDITY OR SEXUALLY EXPLICIT CONDUCT

What this means: The Houston County Solicitor General’s office, through Chief Assistant Solicitor-General Erikka B. Williams, formally charged Abigail Annette Davis in case 2026-CR-117644 with one count of Electronic Transmission of Material Depicting Nudity or Sexually Explicit Conduct under O.C.G.A. 16-11-90, a misdemeanor. The accusation alleges that on or about April 28, 2026, Abigail Annette Davis knowingly and without the alleged victim’s consent electronically posted a photograph depicting nudity of an adult to Instagram and Threads — social media platforms — allegedly for the purpose of harassment. An accusation is a formal charging document filed by a Solicitor General (as opposed to a grand jury indictment) that officially begins the criminal case in court.

7/16/26
