On 04/242026 at approximately 0729 hrs, I, Ofc. Tam, along with other WRPD officers responded to 320 Carl Vinson Pkwy in reference to a fight in progress involving a firearm.
Once on scene, I made contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY], [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who advised [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had been jumped at the bus stop. They stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was waiting for the bus when [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Adee Joseph jumped her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she was driving to work when she saw Adee and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] fighting [REDACTED BY AGENCY] so she stopped her vehicle and got out. She stated she jumped in to stop the fight and Adee began fighting her. They stated Adee pulled a gun out and pointed at them.
Adee sustained a scrape on her forehead above right eyebrow, a busted lip, and a bite mark on her left temple near her eye. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] sustained scrapes on her knees and left upper part of her back. I took photographs of the injuries and attached them to this report.
A video captured by a witness shows [REDACTED BY AGENCY] walking to the front gate of the complex followed by [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and Adee. Adee begins making aggressive motions and yelling at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] while [REDACTED BY AGENCY] circles around behind her. Adee then jumps on [REDACTED BY AGENCY] so [REDACTED BY AGENCY] starts fighting her too. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] hits [REDACTED BY AGENCY] with her Stanley cup and they continue fighting. This video ends while they are still fighting.
Another video that was later shown by a [WITNESS #1] shows Adee and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] fighting next to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] vehicle. This video shows Adee smack [REDACTED BY AGENCY] head into the ground and drag her by the hair before continuing to fight. While they were fighting, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] jumps in to fight Adee so [REDACTED BY AGENCY] starts fighting her again.
EMS was called for [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and they were transported to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] by EMS at their request.
While I was speaking with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] the maintenance employee for the complex, [WITNESS #2], arrived on scene. He advised they would be able to look for footage when the front office opened up and will advised if there’s anything shown.
I made contact with Adee and [WITNESS #1] in front of Adee’s apartment building. Officers were already out with her while I spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Adee was ademant she did not put hands on any juveniles despite the first video showing otherwise. She stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] struck [REDACTED BY AGENCY] with the Stanley cup which is what started the fight. In the first video, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] is shown carrying a large bag and a Stanley cup while being on her cellphone. Adee and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] jump [REDACTED BY AGENCY] before she struck [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in the video.
When I asked Adee how the firearm got involved, she stated when she and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had seperated, one of [REDACTED BY AGENCY]s kids pushed her face with an open hand. Adee stated she pulled her gun out of her sweatpants pocket, racked it, then stated “Anybody of y’all touching me y’all gonna get hit” while gesturing that she was pointing the gun at each person, with her hand almost entirely horizontal to the ground. I asked where she pointed the gun and she stated “at the ground” which contradicts statements made by [REDACTED BY AGENCY] as well as the motion she made when demonstrating that portion of the fight to me.
All parties on scene advised this has been an ongoing issue between the juveniles involved and they have attempted to file reports for the terroristic threats and harrassing communications. There have been multiple calls which I will list at the end of this report.
Based on the footage presented at this time and statements made by all parties involved and present, Adee was placed into custody for Aggravated Assault, Battery, and Cruelty towards Children. The firearm was located and later turned over to Property as Evidence. She was transported to Warner Robins PD for processing without incident. The warrants were signed later this date with Judge Sammons.
Adee’s youngest son, [REDACTED], was turned over to [WITNESS #1] at her request until his father, [REDACTED], could come get him. [REDACTED] was notified and was provided contact information for [WITNESS #1] and vice versa so they could arrange child care for [REDACTED].
I was later advised by Houston County SO SRO for Warner Robins High School, Dep. Nelson, that several students were in his office regarding this incident. I responded to speak with them since they were on scene or are aware of the ongoing issues. These students included [REDACTED BY AGENCY], [WITNESS #3], and [WITNESS #4].
Due to a malfunction, my body camera did not activate when I pressed the button and therefore did not record these students statements. They stated this has been an ongoing issue as well. They stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and other persons have been repeatedly messaging them and posting stories on social media threatening and harassing them. They stated they have their accounts set to private and have repeatedly blocked the people doing this. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated one of the other juveniles involved took a photograph from Adee’s profile and posted it multiple times with negative comments.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Adee, had attempted to file the report the day prior but was told nothing could be done. She stated when they attempted to report the threatening messages they were told not to tell them about social media since they can’t do anything despite them attempting to report them as harassing communications and terroristic threats. She stated they have attempted to file reports previously as well with negative results unless an actual fight occured. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had advised me of this as well on tuesday 04/21/2026 and today.
The juveniles who were on scene stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had spit on [REDACTED BY AGENCY] while at the bus stop. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Adee told her to stand up for herself and she had not jumped on [REDACTED BY AGENCY] but actual her to physically push her to fight back. She stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] hit her with the Stanley cup which is what started the fight. They showed me various posts, to include some posted after the fight, making threats toward them. I provided them with my Warner Robins PD email to send me the screenshots of the posts and texts. I will attach them when obtained.
Dep. Nelson advised the school has completely separate [REDACTED BY AGENCY] from the juveniles involved within the school however they are not able to keep them on separate buses due to limited resources. He also advised there have been multiple occasions where the parents of the involved juveniles and the juveniles have attempted to file reports with him for these threats, fights, and attempted fights due to being told it was a school issue and needed to be handled there despite occuring at the apartment complex and online. He advised this has been an ongoing issue for months.
