I spoke with A’Jhavious Robinson. A’Jhavious said he came into the cafeteria to drop off some headphones. A’Jhavious said he started playing with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] like he always does. A’Jhavious said while playing with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] she fell to the ground. He said he started to make sure she was okay.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] said A’Jhavious Robinson came up to her in the cafeteria and was mad. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said she held her hands out to get her headphones from A’Jhavious. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said A’Jhavious then started choking her and she grabbed his hand to try to get some air but blacked out. She said she opened her eyes, and he was trying to help her up, but she was confused. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said her sister [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and her friend [REDACTED BY AGENCY] started shaking her and telling her to get up.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] said A’Jhavious approached her sister [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and began choking her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said A’Jhavious made her pass out while he was choking her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said at first, she thought A’Jhavious was playing with her because he usually play fights with her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said [REDACTED BY AGENCY] slipped out of the chair and fell onto the floor. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said she saw [REDACTED BY AGENCY] eyes were red, so she came down and started to rub her telling her to breath. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said [REDACTED BY AGENCY] started yelling at A’Jhavious and then threw a chair at him.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] said A’Jhavious had [REDACTED BY AGENCY] headphones. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said A’Jhavious came up and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and started choking her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said she did not know that A’Jhavious was putting force, so she did not intervene at the time. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said when she saw [REDACTED BY AGENCY] pass out and fall on the floor she and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] were trying to get her to wake up. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said she was telling A’Jhavious to move, and this is when she threw a chair at him.

After completing my investigation, I then charged A’Jhavious Jamir Robinson with aggravated assault. A’Jhavious was placed under arrest by handcuffing him to the rear, checked for proper fit, double locked and searched incident to arrest. A’Jhavious was transported to the Houston County Detention Center and turned over to the Detention Deputies. Warrants will be taken on A’Jhavious at a later date.
