On October 1st, 2026, at approximately 0700 hours, I, Dep. Schlageter, was dispatched to [600 BLOCK] 2nd St in reference to an Unlawful Conduct During 911 Call (OCGA 16-11-39.2). I was wearing my issued class A uniform with my badge clearly displayed and driving marked patrol unit #902. I was assisted by Dep. M. Davis.

I was originally dispatched to [600 BLOCK] 2nd St at approximately 0631 hours in reference to Dispatch receiving five 911 calls from [REDACTED]. I arrived on scene at approximately 0649 hours. Dispatch advised the calls started coming in at approximately 0400 hours. I arrived in the area of 3rd Ave and located the Offender, Autumn Evans (W/F DOB [REDACTED BY AGENCY]/07). She stated she called 911 because there are rings around her house, she had six diamonds, she wants to talk to her friend Emily who is in jail, she wants to marry her boyfriend [REDACTED], and that she does not want to go to jail.

I advised her that disrupting emergency services is a criminal offense under OCGA 16-11-39.2, Unlawful Conduct During 911 Call. I advised her that calling for non-criminal and non-emergent things violates the law. I observed Autumn to be having a mental episode but seemed as if she understood. She asked if she should stop calling 911 and I advised yes, unless there is a criminal or emergent situation occurring. I cleared from the scene at approximately 0656 hours.

Upon arrival to the area for the second dispatch at approximately 0712 hours, I located Autumn Evans, at the intersection of 2nd St and 2nd Ave. I was advised by Dispatch that Autumn called 911 to ramble about dogs looking for bugs on the ground. I advised Autumn that due to her calling 911 for a non-criminal or non-emergent need, that she will be going to jail.

I placed Autumn in handcuffs (double-locked, to the rear, checked for fit) and advised her that she was under arrest. I conducted a search incident to arrest of Autumns person and located no contraband. I placed Autumn in the rear passenger area of unit #902 and seat belted her in for safety.

I began speaking to the Involved Other, [WITNESS #1] (W/F DOB [REDACTED BY AGENCY]/89), at [600 BLOCK] 2nd St. [WITNESS #1] stated that Autumn is her daughter. [WITNESS #1] stated that Autumn was in a hospital in Atlanta and was prematurely released while going through a mental episode. [WITNESS #1] stated that Autumn is currently in a state of psychosis.

I transported Autumn to the Houston County Detention Center and turned her over to jail stuff.

I secured a warrant from Judge Sammons on October 1st, 2026, for Unlawful Conduct During 911 Call.
