On 07/21/2026, at approximately 01:30 hours, I, Officer Lane, was dispatched to [300 BLOCK] Carl Vinson Parkway apartment [REDACTED] in reference to unwanted persons.

Upon arrival, I made contact with [VICTIM #1]. She stated she had video of some of the women from earlier, who’s kids were arrested for disorderly conduct just a few hours before, case number 2026-08097, who came to her house and started banging on the window and yelling. She then showed me the video and you can see Comanesha Robinson, Tia Aaron, and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] walk in front of the camera going to the front door. One of the females then says “they put a camera outside”, and all three of them go back toward the front of the apartment. In the video you can hear banging on the front glass and yelling to come outside.

Due to it being 01:30 hours, avoiding the door with the camera, and then banging on the window telling them to come outside, I decided all three females would be placed into custody for disorderly conduct. I made contact at apartment [REDACTED], which is Comanesha’s apartment. When I knocked on the door she came outside. I asked for her [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to come outside and I asked Tia, who was observed inside, to come outside.

When Comanesha’s [REDACTED BY AGENCY] came outside, I realized she wasn’t the one from the video but then Tia’s [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stepped outside and stated her [REDACTED BY AGENCY] didn’t knock on any window but it was Comanesha. Then Comanesha, and Tia was placed into custody for disorderly conduct. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was also detained.

While escorting the three females to the patrol vehicles, Tia stated her [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was only [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. I read [REDACTED BY AGENCY] her Miranda Rights and her [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Tia told her to talk to me. I asked how she knew who knocked on the window and she stated that she was there and observed Comanesha do it. Due to her being [REDACTED BY AGENCY] she was taken out of detainment and she walked home, in the complex.

Comanesha Robinson and Tia Aaron was taken to headquarters and both issued city citations for disorderly conduct. Tia was unable to make bond so I will be seeking warrants on her next available date.

The security footage was emailed to me and put into RMS as evidence.

CONFLICT ATTORNEY ASSIGNED — MATTHEW R. POLLARD APPOINTED TO REPRESENT COMANESHA LACRYSTAL ROBINSON

What this means: Because the Houston County Public Defender’s Office had a conflict of interest that prevented it from taking the case, the Houston County Superior Court’s Indigent Defense Coordinator, Savannah Camp, reached out to attorney Matthew R. Pollard to represent Comanesha Lacrystal Robinson. Robinson qualified financially for appointed counsel, meaning the court determined she could not afford to hire her own attorney. Pollard, of Matthew R. Pollard, LLC in Warner Robins, was asked to step in as conflict counsel. At the time this letter was sent, Robinson was still incarcerated and had a bond hearing scheduled for August 20, 2026.

DEFENSE ATTORNEY FILES ENTRY OF APPEARANCE AND DISCOVERY DESIGNATION

What this means: Attorney Matthew R. Pollard formally notified the Houston County Superior Court that he is representing Comanesha Lacrystal Robinson in case number 2026C0065330. This filing, called an Entry of Appearance, is how an attorney officially puts the court and the prosecution on notice that they are on the case. Pollard also elected to participate in reciprocal discovery under Georgia law — meaning both sides agree to share evidence with each other as the case moves forward. This applies even though formal charges had not yet been filed by indictment or accusation as of that date.

PLEAS AND BONDS HEARING HELD — BOND SET AT $3,000 WITH CONDITIONS

What this means: A Pleas and Bonds hearing was held on August 20, 2026, at 9:00 AM in Houston County Superior Court for Comanesha Lacrystal Robinson. Following the hearing, the court issued a Bond Order — presented by Assistant District Attorney Carl A. Veline, Jr. — setting Robinson’s bond at $3,000. That means Robinson can be released from custody by paying that amount. The court also imposed four special conditions she must follow while out on bond: she may not possess firearms, she must have no contact with the victims in this case, she must not be arrested on any new charges, and she must stay in contact with her attorney, Matthew R. Pollard.
