On 5/102025 at 1422 hours I,Ofc. Baker, was dispatched to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a sexual assault. On scene, I spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised last night around 0300 hours, she went with her friend, Jackson Hogg, to his residence of [400 BLOCK] Victoria Cir.

While at Mr. Hogg’s residence, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] sat on Mr. Hogg’s bed. While on the bed Mr. Hogg told [REDACTED BY AGENCY] “if your sitting on my bed I’m going to f*ck you”. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] got off the bed and sat on the floor. While on the floor Mr. Hogg told [REDACTED BY AGENCY] I was just joking and I help you up on the bed”. Mr. Hogg then helped [REDACTED BY AGENCY] onto the bed. Once [REDACTED BY AGENCY] got on the bed, Mr. Hogg forced himself onto [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Mr. Hogg then started having sex with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] even though [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told Mr. Hogg “no and I don’t want to do this. After Mr. Hogg finished, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] called a friend to take her home.

After [REDACTED BY AGENCY] got home she took a shower and changed clothes. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] then received text messages from Mr. Hogg stating why was she upset with him. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] explained to Mr. Hogg what he did.

After speaking to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] collected her clothing and placed it in the property room as evidence. I escorted [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to the safe house to have a SANE kit preformed.
