[NARRATIVE #1 on May 24, 2026]
On May 24th, 2026, at approximately 1837 hrs, I, Dep. Schlageter, was dispatched to [300 BLOCK] Wynn Pl Apt [REDACTED] in reference to a burglary. I was wearing my issued class A uniform with my badge clearly displayed and driving marked patrol unit #902. I was assisted by Sgt. Archie.
Upon arrival, I began speaking with [VICTIM #1] (B/F DOB [REDACTED BY AGENCY]/81). She stated that she has a security camera in her living room that faces the kitchen and door. She stated that the ex-boyfriend, Larry Clark Jr (B/M DOB [REDACTED BY AGENCY]/67), entered her apartment by unlocking the door with a key. She stated she did not provide him with a key. She showed me her security camera footage. The footage totaled 6 different clips. Larry is seen entering the apartment, no forced entry, at 1208hrs, he walks immediately towards the bedroom and looks directly at the security camera.
I observed him to match the drivers license photo attached to his name. He enters a bedroom and then comes back into the kitchen. He is messing with unknown things on the kitchen counter when he turns and goes to the refrigerator. He opens it and pulls out a Simply Orange bottle and opens. He is seen reaching towards his pants and grabbing an aerosol can with a black top. He sprayed some of the contents of the can into the Simple Orange bottle and closed the bottle, placing it back into the refrigerator. He is seen leaving the apartment at 1222 hrs.
[VICTIM #1] provided me with the security clips by emailing them to my county email address. She stated that the aerosol can used was a Hot Shot bug spray can from the bathroom.
Sgt. Archie arrived with a GBI Blood Kit. I removed the urine sample cup to use as storage for a sample of the Simply Orange juice. I filled it to approximately 80mL and secured it by closing the lid. Sgt. Archie photographed the Simply Orange bottle and the Hot Shot bug spray can.
Sgt. Ferguson notified the on-call investigator, Sgt. Robillard, on my behalf. Sgt. Robillard advised to document the incident for investigations to follow up with.
Earlier in the day at approximately 1424 hrs, I, and Dep. Wheeler arrived at the apartment to assist Dep. M. Davis. While on another call for service, Dep. M. Davis was flagged down by a female who was crying. He advised us that a male was in her apartment but could not show video proof. We cleared the apartment and did not locate anyone inside. She advised us it was Larry.
I submitted the Simply Orange sample into evidence at the Houston County Sheriffs Office.

[NARRATIVE #2 on May 25, 2026]
On 05/25/2026, at approximately 0337 hours, I, Sergeant Archie was dispatched to [300 BLOCK] Wynn Place, Reserve at Wynn Place, in reference to harassing communications. Dispatch advised the victim, [VICTIM #1] wanted contact by phone.
I made contact with [VICTIM #1], and she stated her ex-boyfriend, Larry Clark Jr contacted her seven times, by phone. [VICTIM #1] stated she believed it was him because in one of the text messages he stated, “have a good Memorial Day [VICTIM #1].” [VICTIM #1] advised she believed it was Larry because he commonly calls her by her full name, and because of an incident that occurred earlier today, see case number 26-10728. [VICTIM #1] stated the calls came in from all different numbers, but the text message came from [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and she believed Larry was using fake numbers to contact her.
I could not locate any local history with the number [VICTIM #1] provided.
[VICTIM #1] was advised of the case number and to block all numbers that contacted her.
I will attach the screenshots from [VICTIM #1] when they are received.
