On 04/26/2026 at approximately 0107 hours, I, Officer Domanski, was dispatched to make contact with a caller in reference to unlawful conduct during a 9-1-1 call.
Dispatch advised that Mr. Michael Uhl had called 9-1-1 seven times following an earlier incident involving a criminal trespass warning issued at approximately 0040 hours at [100 BLOCK] Wake Forest Drive by Officer Brown and me for 104 Westcliff Blvd, Friends on the Hill.
Dispatch further advised that the first two calls, at 0003 and 0004 hours, were in reference to the criminal trespass. The remaining calls, at 0032, 0043, 0051, 0101, and 0107 hours, consisted of Mr. Uhl making statements and hanging up, then calling back requesting a report while refusing to provide details regarding the type of report requested.
Dispatch also advised that Mr. Uhl was highly agitated, argumentative with the dispatcher, and stated that he had a lawyer, while failing to provide any additional relevant information. Dispatch advised that Mr. Uhl had been warned about misuse of 9-1-1; however, he continued to call repeatedly in a manner that appeared intended to annoy, harass, or interfere with emergency telephone services.
Upon arrival at [100 BLOCK] Wake Forest Drive, I made contact with Mr. Uhl, who appeared highly intoxicated, at the front of the residence. I asked Mr. Uhl to explain the reason for the multiple 9-1-1 calls. Mr. Uhl exited the residence and became irate. Based on the totality of the circumstances, I placed Mr. Uhl under arrest for unlawful conduct during a 9-1-1 call and transported him to the station for booking.
While in booking, Mr. Uhl remained extremely irate and used vulgar language toward booking staff and me. Due to his behavior and refusal to cooperate with the booking process, he was transported to the Houston County Detention Center.
I will be seeking a warrant for unlawful conduct during a 9-1-1 call on the next available date.
