On 01/31/2022 at 1214 hours, I, Ofc. Strom, was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Loyola Ct in reference to a possible burglary in progress. The caller, a neighbor, advised dispatched a female wearing a orange Mercer shirt was currently breaking in one of the bedroom windows. The caller stated it was the same female Ofc. Kim and Ofc. Lamberth were out with earlier this date, a Rebba Tiller.

When I arrived on scene, I witnessed a female wearing an orange shirt close the door immediately upon my arrival. I advised dispatch and watched the back yard until Ofc. Kim and Lamberth arrived on scene. There was a busted out bedroom window, along with a broken ring camera. When Ofc. Lamberth arrived, I began knocking at the front door attempting to make contact with the subject.

Myself and Ofc. Lamberth heard a subject in the bedroom where the window was damaged, but they refused to respond to us. Dispatch was finally able to make contact with the homeowner, Ms. [VICTIM #1], via telephone. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated she was en route to the residence, and stated no one should be there at this time.

When Ms. [VICTIM #1] arrived on scene, she stated she was familiar with Rebba, but she has no permission to be in the residence. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised Rebba used to live at this residence, and currently has an on going issue with her son, [REDACTED], who currently lives with Ms. [VICTIM #1] at this residence. Ms. [VICTIM #1] provided a key to the front door and stated she wanted to press charges against Rebba.

Myself, Ofc. Kim and Ofc. Lamberth unlocked the door, announced ourselves and made entry into the residence. Rebba was located hiding in the washroom of this residence and placed into custody. The bedroom where the window was busted in was completely destroyed with furniture tossed everywhere and a hole in the wall. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated the room was clean and there was not a hole in the wall when she left the residence earlier this date.

While at my patrol vehicle, I read Rebba the Miranda Warning and asked if she wished to speak with me. She stated she understood her rights and agreed to speak with me. Rebba advised she broke into the residence because [REDACTED] refused to pay her for cleaning his room and then punching her in the face, case# 2022-01339.

Rebba stated she did not know what her intent was to break into the residence, other than she was upset. Rebba denied messing up the room or damaging the wall inside the residence. Rebba stated she used to live at this residence with Ms. [VICTIM #1].

I took pictures of the damage and issued Ms. [VICTIM #1] a case number.

I transported Rebba to the Warner Robins LEC to be processed on her charge.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated the value of the ring camera is $199.00, but she is unsure what the cost to repair or replace the window. The glass and the frame of the window was damaged. The national average to replace a window frame and glass is $650.00 via Ms. [VICTIM #1] also did not have an estimate for the damage to the wall or the possible damage to furniture inside the bedroom.

I will be seeking a warrant for Criminal Damage to Property 2nd Degree Family Violence due to the value of the damage.
