On September 11th, 2026 at approximately 1721 hours, I, Ofc. Owusu was dispatched to [REDACTED] in reference to an ongoing domestic incident. Upon arrival on scene, I made contact with the complainant, Mr. [VICTIM #1], who advised his children’s mother had tried to run him over with her vehicle.

He stated he was home when his “baby mama” identified later as Ms. Stacey Jackson, showed up uninvited and attempted to barge into his residence to fight with his current girlfriend. He said he physically prevented her from gaining access to the home and that was when she got back in her vehicle and attempted to “run me over” with multiple attempts. He said he dodged the vehicle each time she tried and did not sustain any injuries to his person.

A quick visual observation revealed no visible injuries to his person. Mr. [VICTIM #1] went on to say she did all that while [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. He concluded he believed Ms. Jackson was intoxicated with alcohol and had driven off in a white 2013 Nissan Sentra to the liquor store on Watson Blvd. When asked if there was any video recording of the incident, he responded in the negative but was quick to let me know it was witnessed by at least one other person on scene.

I made contact with two other females on scene and only one of them advised she witnessed Ms. Jackson try to run “him over with her car”. The lone witness, Ms. [WITNESS #1], stated she was pulling into the front yard of the residence and saw Ms. Jackson already on scene, arguing and getting physical with the complainant.

She said she saw Ms. Jackson get in her car, put it in drive and stepped on the gas in an attempt to run Mr. [VICTIM #1] over. She continued Ms. Jackson then put the vehicle in reverse and repeated the same attempt twice. She said Mr. [VICTIM #1] got out of the way on both occasions and did not see him get struck or hurt from Ms. Jackson’s reckless attempts. He told me to go to the liquor store on Watson Blvd. close to his house and that’ll be where I can find his baby mama, to which I obliged.

Later, I made contact with Ms. Stacey Jackson at the Rocky Mountain liquor store parking lot on Watson Blvd., standing beside a white Nissan Sentra vehicle with GA tag [REDACTED], [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. The vehicle registration returned a white 2013 Nissan Sentra registered to her. She advised she had pulled up to her “babies’ daddy’s” residence uninvited, to confront his current girlfriend about some text messages she had sent her, but was met with hostility from Mr. [VICTIM #1], who wouldn’t let her inside the residence and kept pushing her away. She said the incident quickly turned physical as they engaged in mutual shoving and putting of hands on each other. She continued as he pushed her on one occasion, she fell on her back and sustained visible bruises to her back.

A quick visual examination confirmed the injuries to her person, to which I took pictures and uploaded them to RMS. She stated she got in her car and attempted to back away from the driveway and did not see that Mr. [VICTIM #1] was standing in her path of travel. She was convinced the complainant intentionally tried to block her from leaving by putting himself in the way as she was backing from the driveway. She denied ever trying to run him over. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. When asked if she stayed at the residence, Ms. Jackson responded she used to, but had vacated the residence about 6 months ago.

Based on the testimonies of all parties involved, I determined Ms. Stacey Jackson to be the predominant aggressor and placed her in custody on Aggravated Assault-Family Violence and Cruelty Toward Children – 3rd Degree, charges. I transported her to the station for booking without any incident, and issued Mr. [VICTIM #1] with a case number. While in transport, I could smell a strong odor of alcohol coming from her person [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Ms. Jackson’s unidentified uncles over the phone.
