On 08-08-2026, at approximately 21:51 hours, I, Officer Lane, was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Ignico Drive in reference to a suspicious person.

Prior to my arrival, the reporting party, [VICTIM #1], had told dispatch the person had rang the doorbell and was continuing to ring the doorbell. Upon my arrival, there was a male standing in front of apartment [REDACTED]. [VICTIM #1] stated she didn’t know the male. At that time, I asked the male, later identified as Ty’darion Denmark, to give me his license. He started to reach in his pocket and then he asked if he was required to. I advised him that he was required to ID himself due to the fact he is ringing the doorbell over and over causing a disturbance.

He wouldn’t provide his ID. He was escorted away from the front door and toward my patrol car at this time. While walking, he stated his mother and everyone had stole his identity but he couldn’t continue and tell me what was going on. He was then asked for his name and date of birth and he gave a name but dispatch was unable to locate him. He was asked if he had a warrant and he started acting in a erratic way by stepping back and swinging his arms. He stated his mother advised he had a warrant. He was then detained. He then allowed me to grab his license from his wallet in his pocket and he didn’t have a warrant.

Due to disturbance by ringing the doorbell contentiously, and not providing his ID when ordered to, he was placed into custody for 2 counts of disorderly conduct. He was transported to headquarters by Officer Ford and Officer Topgul. Once at headquarters, I took his necklace, which is a vile. I opened the vile and it had what appeared to be crushed up bone. Denmark advised that is the ashes of his deceased grandfather.

I completed the citations and he refused to process. He was transported to the Houston County Detention Center. The jail refused to take the vile. I sealed the vile in a plastic bag, put a biohazard sticker on it, and put it in an envelope and turned it into property along with a retention notice and evidence voucher.
