Dispatched to [1400 BLOCK] HWY 49 in reference to a report of sexual battery. I arrived on scene and spoke with the complainant, [VICTIM #1], who advised that she hired her brother’s company, Alvarez General Construction, to remodel her house. She advised that two men came to her house and began working. She advised that one of the workers, Allen Marone, began acting strange towards her. [VICTIM #1] advised that when she shook Marone’s hand, he held her hand for an extended amount of time before letting go.

She advised that during the course of them working, Marone would repeatedly touch her hand, hug her, rub her lower back, breasts, arms, and butt. She advised that she became very uncomfortable during the incidents and began standing near the other worker to prevent Marone from touching her again. She advised that Marone has only worked for the company a few weeks and did not want him coming back to her residence again. She advised that she called her sister in law, [REDACTED], who runs the company and informed her of the incidents.

I then spoke to [REDACTED] on the phone. [REDACTED] advised that she asked Marone about the incident and he confessed to touching her inappropriately. She the advised that she terminated his employment with the company.

I advised [VICTIM #1] that I would trespass Marone from the property and she should get a temporary restraining order against Maron as well. She asked if I would be able to take possession of his tools to prevent him from coming back to her residence again. I advised her that I would and that a warrant will be taken out for Marone based on the statements I have received. I then went back in service and went to the Sheriff’s office to log the tools in evidence for safe keeping.
