I was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office in reference to a suspicious person. Dispatch advised that a white female walked up to the front door of the Sheriff’s Office and threw something at the glass doors. Dispatcher K Stanley observed the female on the parking lot camera.

Gray PD Officers arrived on scene as I was en route and The female was identified as Rosezanna Joyner. When I arrived I walked to the entrance of the Sheriff’s Office where I noticed that the item she threw was a full 16 ounce can of Ritas Straw-ber-Rita alcohol beverage. The glass didn’t break but was covered in the fruity sticky liquid from the can. Joyner told Officer Josey that she was angry at the Sheriff’s Office because we no one is helping her with her issues. Joyner claims that people break into her house at night and move her body parts around and bruise her. She said that people come out of her floors in the mobile home.

Joyner was placed in handcuffs and walked into the jail where she was booked for Disorderly Conduct. Phones were taken with Deputy N.Sullivan’s work phone to be uploaded to the server and the incident was recorded on the Sheriff’s Office security cameras.
