On 04/19/2026 at approximately 2012 hours I Deputy Fordham was dispatched to [800 BLOCK] Highway 80 East lot [REDACTED] in reference to assisting with property removal.
Upon arrival I deputy Fordham and Sgt. Covin met with [REDACTED] who advised she use to live at the location with her boyfriend and they separated and she wished to get her property. Deputies advised her that this was a civil matter and she would need to see a judge. There had been a verbal agreement between Mimbs and the occupant that she would be able to get a few things.
Mimbs started loading up some of her belongings, however she was very mouthy with Deputies the entire time because we would not allow her to get everything in the house. She was asked several times to calm down and load her stuff. She continued to be bilergent and started fussing with Deputies again and began to slur the Deputies.
At this time Mimbs was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct Magistrate and placed in handcuffs, out in my patrol unit at taken to the Laurens County Jail.
